Story
IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, PLEASE FILL OUT OUR ADOPTION APPLICATION AT TCRESCUE.COM/ADOPT  Nezhonic is a sweet female German Shepherd (possibly mixed breed). She weighs approximately 60 - 70 lbs, and is VERY friendly! She absolutely loves to meet new people and adores being loved on. Nezhonic was surrendered by someone who had her chained in their backyard along with a few other dogs. When we rescued her she was severly emaciated, matted, and covered in fleas and ticks. But her friendly, sweet spirit was not broken. She is good with other dogs when interacting directly but she does exhibit leash reactivity and will do best with an experienced dog owner who is committed to working on this behavior with her. She is very intelligent and will be an amazing companion for someone. She loves to play and go for walks. We think she is 1 - 2 years old.   Nezhonic is being fostered in Mountain View.  Her adoption fee is $200. She is spayed. ADOPTION INQUIRIES SUBMITTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED APPLICATION FROM THE LINK ABOVE MAY NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Tailchaser Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill organization dedicated to rescuing cats and dogs from shelters where they are in danger. Our foster volunteers provide loving temporary homes for our rescued animals until they are adopted. By adopting a cat or dog, you're making a commitment to provide love, care, and medical treatment for the life of the animal, which can be up to 20 years or more! We are committed to placing our rescued animals with families who are prepared for the responsibility of owning an animal for its entire lifetime, so that they are never again at the mercy of the shelter system.   January 1, 2025, 8:02 pm

Story
Bella is a young (0-1 year old) female Australian Cattle dog mix. She is kind and gentle and loves to go on walks! She's good with other dogs and also wants to meet them. I found this wonderful girl on the side of the highway in Los Banos. After calling a local farming business near where I found her I found out that she was a stray in the area that they would feed when their office was open. However, at night and on the weekends she was completely homeless and no one would take care of her. We gave her a bath and are in the process of giving her all of her shots. For now, my parents are fostering her and are giving her tender love and care! Unfortunately they are getting older and its difficult enough for them to take care of their own dogs. I'm looking for a new home for her where she would get lots of love. Please contact me if you're interested, thank you!

Story
This is Lila. She is about 4 years old very sweet happy girl (acts like a puppy) loves to be the center of attention, neck scratches butt scratches just as much as any fur baby. She did go through board and training through Cali K-9 (San Jose) She is quite the bundle of energy so needs someone who has time for her frequent walks, and time to play, loves to run around in a yard and spaz out. Loves her walks is a bit energetic at the start but she is good. Potty trained, kennel trained loves puzzle treat toys. Unfortunately I am unable to keep her and would not want to have to take her to a shelter.. I have an autistic son I care for he is non verbal and 6 years old, and has become (I don’t know why) afraid of her and being around her. So I cannot juggle them both full time..and isn’t fair to not let her be inside or have to split the time between the to separately which my son needs the most time due to his needs.

Story
Hello, we are currently seeking a new home for our American Bully, Mia. She is 2 years old. Following my daughter's recent move back home, our living space has become insufficient for Mia. We often take her to dog parks, where she exhibits playful behavior around other dogs and has a strong affinity for cuddling. Mia would best fit an active owner.
