Story
Pacino is a sweet black mouth cur girl we rescued from a situation that would have claimed her life. She is resilient. She is a cuddler. Need to find a home where she can be the only pet. We have 4 other dogs and it’s too dangerous for us. She gets jealous easily. She is protective of her owner. She has high energy and high prey drive. She is a sporting/hunting breed. She would love to chase birds, squirrels, fish, cats etc. She loves kids. Could totally see her living her best life in the country or at least be able to have a nice size fenced in yard to run and leap like a gazelle in. Leash training is slow but better. She is a bit of a puller. When she pulls, we stop, sits then we move forward. She has gotten better. We love her but unfortunately we can’t keep fostering her.

Story
Machu is truly the best companion. A rescue with a lot of love to give. Machu love his walks, he's a natural explorer and is truly happy being outdoors. He loves a good warm snuggle, and is just happy to be around people. No experience needed for him, he's very independent and low maintenance. A great dog for seniors or first time owners. Has a few allergies to certain foods, just gives him tummy aches nothing serious.

Story
Nala is officially up for adoption! 💕🐾👏🏼 Nala is a sweet, affectionate pittie mix who has overcome many challenges in her young life. This girl is an under 2-year-old pup that came to us in September after being rescued from a homeless encampment where she was not treated well. Despite the abuse and neglect she endured, Nala has a heart of gold and so much love to give to all people she surrounds. Nala, a resilient and loving dog, has faced challenges that no canine should ever have to endure. Through no fault of her own, she found herself in another home where she received little attention, leading her to seek out her own entertainment by darting out the front door. This behavior, while understandable given the circumstances, is not something that should be expected of a dog. These behaviors and lack of proper decompression, training and instruction has left her with dog reactivity. She has worked with a trainer and her foster family continues her training.

Story
Gonzo is nine years old and likes peanut butter kongs, bones, and laying by your feet. He’s very friendly and shows his belly to most everyone who offers him a pet. One time when he was meeting my new friends, once they learned Gonzo’s name they said “Gonzo!” and he flopped over to show his belly waiting for pets. He would do best owned by a woman. He gets along great with my boyfriend so he is fine with men once he gets to know them but by default he is more comfortable around women. Additionally he would do well in a home that has multiple people living in it to keep him company while others are out of the house. House is preferable to an apartment. He is house-trained He is up to date on all his shots (rabies, listeria, etc.) and is on flea/tick and heartworm preventative Please reach out if you are interested!

Story
Brudder is a big, lovable boy! He is equal parts lap dog and playful. He is great around people and other dogs, because he has a gentle yet playful soul. I found Brudder walking the city streets and he immediately ran to me upon me calling out. After checking his microchip and doing some digging on social media, I found that he has been lost 5-6 times in the past couple of years and that his owner recently moved and left him behind. Sadly, she abandoned him and is not coming back for this gentle giant. Brudder needs a loving family to call his own forever.
