Lucky is a 6 year old pure Red Merle Australian Shepherd. He is very well socialized with other dogs, loves do parks, and has also lived with young kids and a cat for his entire life. He knows several commands and always seems to have a smile on his face.

Story

This is for an experienced owner who knows how to deal with potentially dangerous dogs. He is well trained and I do occasionally take him to work, take him around town and he has been socialized a lot as a young dog. Due to his prey drive needs a home without other animals or kids. He is very mellow at home and likes to be a couch potato most of the time. He absolutely cannot be around other animals and is meant to be a hunter He has a sensitive stomach and does great on Costco turkey grain free kibble but cant have most dog food. He also takes generic Zyrtec for allergies. It took years to find what works for him and this combo is great and inexpensive. He needs a one person home in a rural area. He will only go to a home that can guarantee he is not going to be around other animals or kids ever. No dog parks. Fenced yard. This dog loves his owners, has some human friends and mostly gets along well with his dog roommate. It will take a special person to get him.

Story

Morty is a six-year old corgi with a lot of love to give. We are heartbroken to make this listing, but he has not adjusted well to the addition of a new baby. We picked up Morty as an eight week old puppy and he truly is our first baby. We are looking for a loving family who can help him live out the rest of his life. The ideal fit has older kids (middle school and up), empty nesters, or experienced dog owners who understand the needs of herding dogs. He needs to be the only pet as we like to say he’s got big dog energy in a little dog’s body. He loves a good walk, chasing squirrels in the yard, playing chase, give kisses, and is the biggest cuddle bug. He is very food motivated and loves a good bed snuggle. Morty’s weak selling points are that he is food possessive and leash reactive. We’ve managed it with training and he has worked with an e-collar. We hope to find the right fit for our special boy. He is a loyal pack dog and has a lot of love to give.

Story

Frodo is a rescue dog, and as a result, is both extremely loyal and more than a little anxious. He is super affectionate, but not a licker; he shows his affection by rubbing his nose on your hands or nudging for you to pet him. He loves to play, he loves to be chased and fetch, though you have to snap your fingers and say drop, to get him to let go of the toy. He responds well to finger snaps for redirection, especially if he is trying to sneak a snack off the table. He loves walks, though he pulls hard on the leash. He does well running on the leash if you are looking for a fitness buddy. He is housebroken, but not crate-trained. Because of his anxiety he has bitten new people, especially if they get in his face. He does not bite to hold on or harm, but rather to warn people to keep their distance. We have spoken to trainers and this is retrainable, but we don't have the resources for training.
