Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!  My name is Frank Sinatra from Korea and I am a wonderful approximately 2 year, 8 months old male Golden Retriever - Samoyed mix.  I am approximately 57 lbs. and so excited to find my new forever home.  I am very happy, affectionate, and friendly.  l was saved from the Korean dog meat farm where I was due to be slaughtered.  I don’t know how I ended up there but I was so scared and I used to hear the cries from the other dogs as they were taken away.  The activists came and saved us and I can't wait to come to America and find a family to love and care for me forever.  Approximately over a million dogs a year are slaughtered to be eaten.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park, and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love, and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will come to your home and help train your new pup for only $75.  My adoption fee of $1,795 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.   A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an AirTag from us.  We cannot guarantee breed or age. The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  Please e-mail   admin@gingerspetrescue.org   for an adoption application. Story
HI - I'M SANDY! I'm a 6-1/2-year-old sweet snuggler girl who needs a foster or forever home! I've been waiting for TWO YEARS for someone to choose me. I love to cuddle, hang out and watch TV, and go for walks, hikes, and other adventures. I do well with some dogs (I used to live in a home with a female dog), but prefer people to other dogs so I can get all of the attention. If you're looking for a snuggler, someone to share your bed and hug, I'm it! I truly am a lap dog, and I crave human attention and affection. I'm also super happy, and am just waiting for my person or people to come along. I weigh about 56 lbs.

Story
HI - I'M VAIL! I'm a loving 4-1/2-year old Pit Bull Terrier girl in need of a foster or forever home. I love people and am quite the snuggler. I also love my crate, and would gladly sleep in it at night (though would probably prefer your bed.) I'm not destructive in the house and am overall a joy to have around. I'm also quite playful. At about 56 lbs., I'm a strong girl, and could use some leash training, though. I'm not the best around other dogs as I wasn't socialized well as a pup, so for now it's best I be the top dog in my home, where I can get all of the love and attention. I'd love a warm bed, a person or people to love me and a chance to go for a walk, hike or road trip! Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

Story
MEET LITTLE DUDE & PRINCE! This very unusual bonded pair of seniors lost their home in 2022, when the landlord said they had to go, for no fault of their own. They need a foster or forever home and have patiently waited for some wonderful person or people to adopt them. Little Dude is an 11-year-old pointer/pit mix, sweet as can be. He weighs about 60 lbs. Prince is a 14-year-old Pomeranian mix, and he is good with other dogs, though he is starting to get dementia. Prince weighs about 25 lbs. They are both people friendly, but Little Dude only wants to be with Prince -- so they need a home together as the only pets if possible. They are gentle, loving dogs who deserve a second chance in life with people who will love them through the rest of their years. They really need a home now! They are in good health and happy, and would do well with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. Please email for an application. We are looking for a foster or forever home for this wonderful pair.
