Story
Meet Dodger. He was saved from an overcrowded shelter where he was at risk of euthanasia. He is now fully vetted, neutered and all vaccines. Dodger did test positive for Ehrlichia before he came to us and was put on a regime of doxycycline. He should need no further treatment and has no symptoms. He loves to play with other dogs and would benefit from another dog in the household. Not yet sure on cats. He is a friendly guy but young children may nut he a good fit due to his exuberance .  I do prefer a fenced yard for Dodger so he can play and burn off energy. His foster dad has been working on commands with him and Dodger is a quick learner and doing great. His foster family has told us that he loves to swim in their pond.  His adoption fee is $200. If interested in Dodger, please email hartmanshounds@gmail.com. NmApril 29, 2026, 8:41 pm

Story
Meet Daisy!! She is being surrendered to us due to lifestyle change. Daisy is a sweet little one, born in 5/24 and only 23 lbs.  She has lived with another dog. If true to a Beagles wonderful temperament, she is probably fine with cats and older respectful children. She is fully vetted, spayed, all vaccines and heartworm tested negative. We do prefer an adopter has a fenced yard because of her breed. We also prefer a home where someone is home a good deal of the time. Daisy is not fond of being in a crate. Her adoption fee is $250. If interested in Daisy, please email hartmanshounds@gmail.com.April 29, 2026, 8:41 pm
