Hi world, I’m Skye 🌤️ I’m just a baby, but I already have a pretty big story. Not long ago, I was alone and stuck in a drain in Houston. It was dark and scary, and I don’t know how I got there 🥺 I don’t know how long I waited. But I do know that some really amazing humans didn’t give up on me. Because of them… I’m here. I’m safe. 💛 What we didn’t know then is that my mama is Winter, the sweet, brave girl who was saved from a busy shelter. Somehow, we got separated. Things happened so fast that no one even knew I was there. My daddy was there too… and he didn’t make it out. I never got the chance to know him, but I carry a little piece of him with me every single day. This second chance I have? It’s for him too. 🤍 The best part of my story is that I’m back with my mama. Being reunited with her feels like sunshine after a storm ⛈️ When we curl up together, it’s like the world makes sense again 🥹 Now that I’m safe in foster care, you’re getting to see the real me. And let me tell you… I have a LOT of life to live ☺️ I’m happy, friendly, and full of puppy energy. Adventure? Yes please! I absolutely love other dogs and look to them to help me learn the ropes. If there’s playtime happening, I don’t care if I’m the smallest one there, I’m jumping right in! I don’t like feeling left out. I want to be where the fun and the love are. I’m working really hard on potty training. Sometimes when I get super excited, I forget to tell foster mom I need to go out… oops. But I’m trying! I sleep through the night in my crate like a good girl, even though, between us, I’d much rather be snuggled up in the big bed with my humans. I LOVE to cuddle. Like… professional-level cuddler 🥰 In a safe place, I’m fearless. I’m learning that the world isn’t so scary after all. I’m learning that hands can be gentle, beds can be soft, and love can be forever. They call me a miracle. I don’t really know what that means… I just know I’m here, I’m loved, and my story is only just beginning. Maybe my forever family is reading this right now. Maybe you’re the next chapter. 💫

Now, before we get started, I have to tell you something. My name used to be Little Bow Wow 🫣 Honestly, at nine years young, with these distinguished silver whiskers, it just didn’t quite fit. Henry feels much more like the gentleman I’ve grown into 🧐 Yes, I’m nine years old, which makes me a proud senior. And let me tell you, being a senior is pretty great. I’ve outgrown the wild puppy chaos, I know how to behave, and I truly appreciate the simple joys in life. A soft bed, a kind voice, a slow stroll, a warm home. That’s my kind of happiness 💙🥹 I was just recently rescued, so the rescue and my foster mama are still getting to know me. Every day they learn a little more about who I am, and so far the verdict is in… I’m a sweetheart 💙 A gentle, loving, good boy who just wants to be close to his people. Magnolia fits my heart better — gentle, warm, a little whimsical, and full of quiet charm 🌊 I am what you would call a total sweetheart. I adore people! I get along beautifully with all of the dogs 🐾 I am polite and friendly and know how to read the room 📖 Before my doggy friends come outside to play, I do the most adorable little celebration 🎉 I bounce and hop around like a tiny kangaroo 🦘, light on my feet and so very excited. Im powered by zoomies, and currently trying out for the Astros during spring training ⚾️ So if you’ve got a good pitching arm, we’re going to get along just fine 🧢 I’ve got speed, enthusiasm, and absolutely no brakes 🫷 I don’t totally understand how big I am yet. If I fits, I sit ☺️ And if I don’t fit, I still sit 🫣 Tables, plant pots, and anything decorative are living on borrowed time 🫣 I try to fold myself into spaces clearly made for dogs half my size ☺️ I call it talent! But here’s the real me 😌 I’m actually a big, goofy, sweet boy who just wants his person. Once I know you’re mine, I will love you with everything I’ve got🥰. I have light brown eyes that will melt your heart, and when I relax, I sit like a frog 🐸 . It’s adorable I know it. I do need someone experienced with Rotties or other strong breeds because I’m smart 🧠 and strong and still learning 📖 I didn’t always have enough food, so at mealtime I eat like it might disappear 🫥 We’re working on my manners, and I’m trying really hard. When you’ve been hungry, you learn to move fast 💨 I’m also rebuilding trust. If someone approaches too quickly or comes toward me with objects in their hands, I can get unsure and get nervous 😬 my rumble might come out and not because I’m mean. It’s because I’m still learning that I’m safe now. I need a patient, steady hand who will give me time and consistency. 🥹 I’m still gaining weight because I came in skin and bones 🦴 I was failed more than once, but I haven’t given up on people. I believe my family is out there. I’d do best in a home without young kids or older adults because sometimes my excitement comes in hot and I forget about things like personal space and stopping 🫷 What I really want is a loving, experienced Rottweiler family who understands big boys and even bigger hearts 💕 Someone who will give me structure, patience, and a real chance.
