Story

Nike is incredibly sweet & affectionate. She loves to play with other dogs and she loves to snuggle. Nike even knows a few party tricks (sit, down, paw) She is about 9 now but she really doesn’t show her age much bc it takes very little to get her up to play. The only reason my amazing lady is up for adoption is bc I’m moving and there’s no way she can come with. It’s heartbreaking bc I feel I failed to give her a forever home. I got her from a shelter and I don’t want to send her back. She deserves a loving home where she can be fed all her favorite foods & gets endless belly rubs & head scratches. I have a few places to reach out to still in hopes they’d help rehome her, but it would mean the world to me if she went where she could be loved. I thought I found a family for her but she was stood up so please serious inquiries only.

Dara is a hoot, but also a homebody, and she is the type of girl who would love to be in her jammies back at home by 8pm. Currently living in a foster home, Dara has shown that she is a great cuddler whose favorite place might just be bundled up in bed. She will even bark to let you know when it`s bedtime and she wants a snuggle. She`s not totally lazy, though. She has a nice, moderate activity level, with bursts of silly zoomie energy on occasion. She enjoys walks and hikes, and is working on being a tugboat on leash - she will at least help you up the hills. Her signature move is wriggling her dumpling self around on her back, partly for the joy of it and partly in case you want to give her belly rubs. Dara could be a little timid meeting new people and visiting new places at first, and she`s really come into her own and her goofy personality shines in a home environment. So if you too feel like a bit of an introvert and are looking for a kindred spirit, Dara is your gal. She is also good in her crate, and totally housebroken. He can be strong on leash, but listens well and checks in often with his person. He already knows how to sit and seems like he could be housebroken, and he`s eager to show you what he knows. With other dogs in play group he was social, mostly content to hang around, and he has been calm passing other dogs on walks.Chadwick would likely make a chill companion for hanging out on the couch. He enjoys sniffing around on his walks but then is ready to sprawl out and get comfortable and maybe help you knock out a movie marathon or a good novel.
