Story

Dari is a gentle, calm spirit whose owner can no longer care for him, as the owner went into cardiac arrest and requires 24/7 care due to an anoxic brain injury. Dari is an older dog who enjoys relaxing at home and playing with his toys. When on walks, he keeps a steady pace and loves to look around. He does not charge at other animals so you do not need to worry about encountering dogs, cats, squirrels, birds, etc when on a walk. He is at least 10 years old and was adopted around 2018. We do not know how much time he has left and would like for him to spend the rest of his days comfortable and loved since he hasn't been able to see his person for months. We are looking for a new home as the owner can no longer take care of him and the rest of the family is stretched thin caring for the owner.

Story

Nike is incredibly sweet & affectionate. She loves to play with other dogs and she loves to snuggle. She is about 9 now but she really doesn’t show her age much.The only reason my amazing lady is up for adoption is bc I’m moving and there’s now way she can come with. It’s heartbreaking bc I feel I failed to give her a forever home. I got her from a shelter and I don’t want to send her back. She deserves a loving home where she can be fed all her favorite foods & gets endless belly rubs & head scratches. I have a few places to reach out to still in hopes they’d help rehome her, but it would mean the world to me if she went where she could be loved.

Meet Chadwick! This lovable lug has been described as a beefy gentleman. He just loves being with people and is quite charming and engaging. He gazes at you adoringly and hopefully with his big brown eyes, and leans right in for pets and affection.At about 75 lbs, Chadwick is a big hunk but he is generally aware of his size and is gentle and polite with people. He can be strong on leash, but listens well and checks in often with his person. He already knows how to sit and seems like he could be housebroken, and he`s eager to show you what he knows. With other dogs in play group he was social, mostly content to hang around, and he has been calm passing other dogs on walks.Chadwick would likely make a chill companion for hanging out on the couch. He enjoys sniffing around on his walks but then is ready to sprawl out and get comfortable and maybe help you knock out a movie marathon or a good novel.
