Gus is a sweet, lovable, energetic, and very affectionate boy. He loves treats, toys, and loves to run. He has been to a Puppy hotel where he was able to be in large groups of big dogs for group play. He is a great boy, and deserves more time and attention. He is happy to curl up next to you, and put his head in your lap and cuddle, and loves his belly scratches.

Skyla is the sweetest, most loving doll of a Velcro dog with a tail-wag that doesn’t quit. She’s like a confidence-boosting weighted blanket who just wants to lay on or near you and gaze at you like you’re the most wonderful, beautiful person she’s ever seen! And while she`s winning hearts and friends in her foster home, she`s looking for a forever home. Skyla has been easy to care for. She rides well in the car and is totally housebroken - no accidents! She sleeps well through the night and naps a lot of the day. Skyla LOVES to be around people - she is calm but eager to greet and cuddle with people of a variety of ages/energy levels. While she prefers company, she tolerates being left alone and will go into a wire crate (and she may do a little barking but settles down quickly.) She has also been okay being left along in a room of her own for a few hours. Skyla appears to have had at least some training: she knows sit and paw and seems to have good recall. She is gentle taking treats too. Skyla enjoys walking and exploring the world with her nose and she can be a strong puller, but she`s willing to be redirected from exciting things and is receptive to further training.Skyla is such a sweet, happy girl, and is clearly happiest in a home with one or more people to adore. A typical day for her involves cuddling, staring at her people adoringly, and short bouts of play time (fetch and tug seem to be her faves) followed by long naps. At the kennel, Skyla did well in play group socializing with dogs who were lower-key and had a gentler play style - but she seems like she would also be totally content in a human-only household.Overall, Skyla is a sweet, easy, incredibly affectionate dog with so much love to give. Dara is a hoot, but also a homebody, and she is the type of girl who would love to be in her jammies back at home by 8pm. Currently living in a foster home, Dara has shown that she is a great cuddler whose favorite place might just be bundled up in bed. She will even bark to let you know when it`s bedtime and she wants a snuggle. She`s not totally lazy, though. She has a nice, moderate activity level, with bursts of silly zoomie energy on occasion. She enjoys walks and hikes, and is working on being a tugboat on leash - she will at least help you up the hills. Her signature move is wriggling her dumpling self around on her back, partly for the joy of it and partly in case you want to give her belly rubs. Dara could be a little timid meeting new people and visiting new places at first, and she`s really come into her own and her goofy personality shines in a home environment. So if you too feel like a bit of an introvert and are looking for a kindred spirit, Dara is your gal. She is also good in her crate, and totally housebroken. When she arrived at the kennel, Lulu was pretty timid and unsure. But thanks to the love and care of a foster home, she has gone from wallflower to playful puppy! Still, Lulu can be shy with new people and things, and would benefit from a patient home where she can get comfortable. Once you`re in her circle, she is oh-so affectionate. She makes a very good weighted blanket when it is time to snuggle. She becomes your little shadow following you around the house.Lulu gains confidence from having another dog around, so she is looking for a canine companion in her future home. Plus, she is cat friendly! She likes to play with the resident feline in foster home. Lulu is still a gentle soul, but it`s a treat to see her blossom more and more each day into a silly, smart youngster at around a year old. She has done well adjusting to the new routine, including picking up on crate-training and the housetraining schedule. She is quiet and attentive to her people, and loves treats.
