Story

Gus is a 5 year old German Shepherd and weighs approximately 115 pounds. We acquired him from a family who wanted to breed their dogs. The mom was a standard GSD and the dad was all black. I see Gus in a home with someone who is experienced with handling a GSD. I see him in a big backyard to protect it from squirrels, foxes and cats. He is anxious around young children so a home with 12 year old and older would be best for him. He will not eat his food unless you give him the “ok” otherwise he will be making a puddle of drool. He had his yearly vet visit at the end of February and is up to date with vaccines.

Story

Maverick is a big 1-year old puppy who truly believes he’s a lap dog! He has big personality, lots of love to give, and endless amount of energy. Sometimes that energy can get him into a little trouble! Unfortunately, we have made the very difficult decision to find Maverick a new home. When we brought him home we didn’t fully understand just how much exercise, playtime, attention and time a young, energetic dog like him would need. We also have two cats who were part of family before Maverick came along. He doesn’t want to hurt them; he simply wants to play and hasn’t quite learned that they don’t share his enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this has made things difficult for everyone. This is honestly one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. Maverick is one of the best dogs I could ask for, and this decision is not being made because we don’t love him. It’s being made because of how much we do. I have came to realization that I cannot give him the life style and attention he deserves.

He enjoys playing fetch, knows all of his basic commands, and can do some tricks.Pickles loves going on hikes and is always ready for a car ride—he doesn’t get carsick and is a great travel companion. He has no major health issues, is fully house-trained, and is not a chewer.He is also not food aggressive though he might stalk you with his eyes while you’re eating. 😊Pickles is a loving, playful, well-mannered pup who would make a wonderful companion and family dog.

Darcy showed up to our house in November 2024. She is roughly 4 yrs old. She was a stray who we took in. Darcy is extremely sweet, loves to cuddle and be pet. We are looking to rehome her because we have a five month old baby and she has shown previous tendencies of discomfort towards children. Darcy gets along well with most dogs, but there are a few that she truly does not like. She is gentle, intelligent, loves to walk, and relax on the patio. She loves meeting people and being pet in public. Darcy would be perfect in a home without younger children and for someone looking for a loyal companion.

She is a very energetic companion!She’s fully housebroken, crate-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and wonderful with children and other dogs.She’s also trained to respond to the beep on her training collar without using the shock feature.🏡 Lo Lo needs an active, loving family who understands Huskies and can give her the exercise and attention she deserves. A securely fenced yard would be ideal.📍 Located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.🚗 We are willing to travel to Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or farther for the right home!

Meet Onolark! Onolark is a one-of-a-kind German Shepherd with so much love to give! He is blind and has a history of seizures, but thankfully, he has been put on medication and has been seizure-free for over a year! We welcomed Onolark into our family after his previous owners needed to rehome him, and he has been such a sweetheart. He is loving, snuggly, playful, and incredibly loyal. He loves nothing more than following you around the house, being by your side, and soaking up all the attention he can get. He also enjoys relaxing and lounging around the house. Onolark is house-trained and does wonderfully with children and other dogs, as long as they don’t jump on him. Because of his blindness, he does best with gentle interactions and a little extra understanding. We are looking for a loving, patient, and committed home where Onolark can receive the care, attention, and affection he deserves!!
