Story
I'm posting this as we look for a new forever home for our husky, Summit. We've had her since 2019 and she has been a deeply loved part of our family. She's almost 6, healthy, spayed, house trained, up to date with the vet, independent, adorable, and great with other dogs. With a toddler at home and another baby on the way, we've realized she needs a different environment. She does best with adults or families with older kids who understand dog boundaries. This has been an incredibly sad and difficult realization, but after months of trying to adjust our routines and home, we are now sure that she would thrive in a different setting. Our only goal is to find her a safe, experienced home where she can be happy and successful. We're in the Annapolis, MD area and willing to travel within driving distance for the right fit. Please message me if you or someone you trust may be a good match, and I'm happy to share more details

Story
Muggs was adopted in Virginia during Covid after he was fostered for a few months and wormed his way into our hearts. He has since lived in Oregon, California and back to Maryland. He is approximately 9 years old and very handsome if a little small, weighing in at 7-8lbs. Unfortunately he is very very very attached to my wife which makes him very grumpy when our young children get in-between him and my wife which makes for a somewhat what fraught environment especially as we are expecting another one shortly we have made the hard decision to find him a new home. When on leash outside he reacts poorly with other dogs but when off leash he is fine and has lived in houses with other dogs and cats with no problems. He would be a perfect companion for someone older as while he loves his walks his prime activity is basking in the sun or curled up in a blanket with his owner asleep.

Story
Lilo is 5 years old, she is a Great Pyrenees mix that we adopted from our local shelter a few years ago. She is a good dog and is both crate trained and trained with an e-collar. We need to re-home her because we are having our second child and she can be very protective of her food and her toys. She would do best in an active home with a fenced in yard. She loves to play with sticks and play fetch. She gets along with our chocolate lab, and with other dogs as long as they aren't in our yard. She does have the double duclaw on her rear paws that require attention to make sure they don't grow around into the paw, we have them professionally trimmed a few times a year. Her shots are up to date and she's very healthy.

Story
Meet Chocolate - an 11 week old male chihuahua puppy with an incredible loving personality. He's smart, already showing those loyal chihuahua traits that make them such devoted companions, and has the calm, cool demeanor of a tiny gentleman in a pint-sized package. Beautiful milk chocolate color with a marshmallow white belly. Parents are both small 5 pound chihuahuas. He is about 3 pounds now and will grow a little bit to be between 5 to 7 pounds. Healthy, strong, calm, cool and ready to learn. We would love to find him a good home.

Story
Meet Lucy, a truly special pup looking for her forever home! 🐾 We originally fostered this sweet girl through Anne Arundel County Animal Control. While we never planned to adopt, a clerical mix-up ended with Lucy being officially signed over to us. Although we adore her, we want to help her find the home that fits her needs perfectly. Lucy is a year old and has been with us for the last eight months. She has been wonderful with our two small children and has an affectionate demeanor. She’s also an athletic, energetic dog who loves to play, explore, and be part of family activities. She would thrive in a home where she can get regular exercise, playtime, and daily walks. Lucy is smart, eager to learn, and would make an amazing companion for an active individual or family. If you’re looking for a loving, lively pup to add joy and adventure to your life, Lucy might be the perfect match. 💛🐶
