Simba is crate trained and does well with routine. He can be anxious in new situations and around unfamiliar people, which may cause him to bark or become defensive. He will likely bark quite a bit during the first few days as he adjusts to a new environment. Because of this, Simba would do best in a home with an experienced dog owner who understands how to give him time and space to adjust. He would do best in a home without small children. Simba would do best in a house rather than an apartment, as he can be vocal at times. A home without carpet is preferred. Simba has so much love to give and forms a strong bond with his owner.
