Story
Ahna had been with me since a puppy. I purchased her from a friend who had a pure litter. Service animal well trained. Ahna will be 5 in March. No litters never have been aggressive. Excellent with kids. She loves to swim and play with her ball. I am looking for someone who will have the time and patience to take care and love on her she is very family oriented and loves attention. She has traveled across state and does great in the car. House trained & loves to speak. Very adventurous and loves to be outdoors. I have had her on a natural diet but she does eat regular dog food on occasions preferably Ol’Roy to prevent coat from breaking out. She loves the outdoors very energetic even at her age now. Overall a great dog and companion. Ahna knows several commands and does great off leash. Very friendly around other dogs and other animals.

Story
I brought Shah as a puppy after I got divorced four years ago. He was the perfect companion that literally helped me overcome the stresses and emotions behind divorcing. He and I always spent time together even now we do. Shah doesn’t know his size lol. He thinks he is a lap dog that will give you love and licks until you’re over it. The most amazing and fun dog I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I must admit I never realized his size would impact my neighbors and rental office stance on him. He is a pretty big boy that has so much love to give. I have to get him a beautiful home somehow for they have forced me to get rid of him. I would love to see him continue to heal someone else and give them all the love he has as well.

Story
*Woof* I am in a foster home! Email my foster parent to meet me: ekurland@humanerescuealliance.orgOh how I live up to my name! See, an impala is a graceful African antelope with reddish-brown fur and powerful jumping ability. My coat is a strikingly beautiful red-brown color and I move so gracefully that I have been called `Impala Ballerina` by some. Luckily, I have been learning to exercise my jumping skills to moments when it is appropriate. I may need some continued support in this area (the main issue here being that I get so so excited when I see my friends that I feel urged to express it in bouncing up and down even if it is not exercise time).I have begun studies of other doggie manners as well and have earned A+ ratings for my prompt sit and for my hand targeting skills. I think I am all set up for success in my new home! Could this be yours?

Story
*Woof* Meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW between 12pm-7pm daily!Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom, and our Athena is just as magical. She is SOOOO SWEET! She is so much fun to walk and play with. And when it comes time to snuggle, well this gorgeous pup leans right in and practically melts in your arms. So many volunteers really love this doggie, and you will too. She is such a dream dog, but she needs to be the only pet in a home....and honestly, she`s all the pet you need! please. Ready for a new best friend in your heart and home? Athena is waiting for you!! PS- Athena did so well in her temporary foster home. She`s so loving and cuddly. She enjoys playing with her toys and going on walks, walking at an easy pace. She’s very friendly with other people inside and outside the home. For the most part, she has a very chill and loving personality and just wants to be close to her people all the time.
