Story
Meet Saffron! This beautiful mixed breed girl is around 47 pounds of pure love and affection. Saffron is the kind of dog who lights up when people are around and would happily spend her days soaking up cuddles, tagging along on adventures, and being your new best friend. She’s playful, sweet, friendly, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing. Whether it’s going for walks, playing with toys, or relaxing on the couch after a fun day, Saffron is just happy to be by your side.Since Saffron came to us as a stray, we don’t know much about her past history. Because of that, any introductions to other animals should be done slowly and safely to help set everyone up for success.Saffron is also food motivated, which makes this the perfect time to continue positive reinforcement training and work on building her confidence and manners. Enrichment activities like puzzle toys, sniff walks, training games, and interactive play are all great ways to keep this smart girl happy and engaged. Most of all, Saffron is ready for a family to call her own. One look into her loving eyes and you’ll understand why everyone here has fallen for her.

Story
🐾 Meet Homer 🐾At just 1 year old, Homer is a handsome tan and white neutered male with a goofy personality and so much love to give. This playful young pup was originally found as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past, but what we do know is that he’s ready to start his next chapter with a family of his very own.Homer is energetic, fun-loving, and always ready for an adventure, but he’s also a snuggly sweetheart who enjoys soaking up attention from his people. He already knows some basic commands and is eager to continue learning. He’s currently working on his leash and harness manners, and with positive reinforcement training, consistency, and a few yummy treats, this smart boy should continue to make great progress. When meeting another dog at the shelter, Homer was playful and social. He has no known experience with cats, so any introductions should be done slowly and safely. As with any new pet, we recommend gradual introductions to new people, animals, and environments to help set him up for success. If you’re looking for a fun, lovable best friend who will keep you laughing and cuddling all in the same day, Homer might just be your perfect match💙

Story
Meet Zeus 🐾At just 2 years old, Zeus is a handsome, high-energy guy who is ready to trade shelter life for adventure, fun, and a family that can keep up with him! This neutered male is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines and prevention, microchipped, and ready to head home. One important thing to know about Zeus—he is allergic to peanut butter, so treats and enrichment goodies will need to skip that ingredient.Zeus is the kind of dog who likes to go, go, go! He’ll thrive in a home that enjoys staying active and giving him plenty of outlets for both his body and brain. Think long walks, hikes, fetch sessions, flirt poles, puzzle toys, sniff work, training games, frozen enrichment meals, and plenty of chances to learn new things.Because Zeus is so food and toy motivated, positive reinforcement training will be a great way to help him continue learning manners while building a strong bond with his future family. He’s smart, energetic, and ready for the challenge!Zeus has previously lived with children and has been playful and friendly with them. As with all dogs, we recommend supervision and respectful interactions while everyone gets settled in.He has never lived with other animals before, so slow and safe introductions will be important. When Zeus met another dog at the shelter, he was very excited and immediately wanted to play. He would likely do best with a dog friend who enjoys an energetic play style and can match his enthusiasm. If your idea of fun includes adventures, training, enrichment, and a best friend who is always ready for the next activity, Zeus might just be your perfect match. Story
Meet Odin 🐾This handsome 6-year-old Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix is ready to find a new place to call his furever home! At 48 pounds, Odin is the perfect size for someone looking for an adventurous companion who’s always ready to be part of the action! ❤️Like many herding breeds, Odin is athletic, intelligent, and happiest when he has both physical exercise and mental enrichment to keep him busy. Whether it’s going for hikes, exploring new places, learning new tricks, or joining you on outdoor adventures, Odin is ready to be your loyal sidekick through it all.Odin can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once he has time to settle in and get comfortable, his happy-go-lucky personality starts to shine through. He has previously lived with other dogs and done well, as well as children ages 12 and up. Due to his high prey drive, which is common for the breed, Odin should not live with small animals. This smart boy already knows how to sit and is very food motivated, which will make continued positive reinforcement training both fun and rewarding for him. He is currently working on his leash manners and does pull on leash at times, but using a harness has been helping him learn.Odin is looking for someone patient, active, and understanding who will give him the time he needs to settle in and become the amazing companion we know he is. Once you earn his trust, you’ll have a loyal best friend for life

Story
Meet Rusty 🐶🤎This handsome 4-year-old mixed breed boy is ready to leave shelter life behind and find a family to call his own. Rusty came to us as an owner surrender, but he’s hoping his next chapter is his best one yet.Rusty is the kind of dog who just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. Hanging out on the couch? He’s in. Family time in the yard? Count him in. Running errands and soaking up attention? Sounds perfect to him. He loves being right in the mix with his people and has a wonderful balance of playful energy and laid-back snuggles. This sweet boy has previously lived with another dog and a cat and reportedly did well with both. He has also lived with children ages 10 and up and did great. As always, we recommend safe and slow introductions when bringing any new pet home.Rusty already knows sit, enjoys his toys, loves treats, and is currently working on his leash manners using a harness. Since he is food motivated, continuing positive reinforcement training for additional commands and skills should be both fun and rewarding for him!If you’re looking for a dog who is friendly, affectionate, playful, snuggly, and happiest being part of the family, Rusty may be your perfect match.

Story
Meet Wednesday 🐾At just 3 years old, Wednesday is ready to put her stray days behind her and find the family she has been waiting for. This spayed female has already shown us that she enjoys meeting new people and would much rather be part of the fun than sitting on the sidelines. If you’re up and moving, chances are Wednesday wants to come along too.Wednesday is currently heartworm positive, but don’t worry—her treatment will be covered by us because we want her future family focused on loving her while she heals. When meeting another dog at the shelter, Wednesday stayed calm and neutral. She didn’t react, but she also didn’t engage, so we recommend slow and thoughtful introductions with any dogs already in the home. We do not know her history with cats. This girl is food motivated, which means she’ll likely enjoy learning through positive reinforcement training. Treats, praise, and patience will go a long way as she continues working on her manners and settling into home life.Wednesday has already had to navigate life on her own. Now she’s looking for something different—a family, a couch, a routine, and people who will remind her every day that she never has to do life alone again ❤️
