This playful young pup was originally found as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past, but what we do know is that he’s ready to start his next chapter with a family of his very own.Homer is energetic, fun-loving, and always ready for an adventure, but he’s also a snuggly sweetheart who enjoys soaking up attention from his people. He already knows some basic commands and is eager to continue learning. He’s currently working on his leash and harness manners, and with positive reinforcement training, consistency, and a few yummy treats, this smart boy should continue to make great progress.When meeting another dog at the shelter, Homer was playful and social. He has no known experience with cats, so any introductions should be done slowly and safely. Meet Wednesday 🐾At just 3 years old, Wednesday is ready to put her stray days behind her and find the family she has been waiting for. This spayed female has already shown us that she enjoys meeting new people and would much rather be part of the fun than sitting on the sidelines. If you’re up and moving, chances are Wednesday wants to come along too.Wednesday is currently heartworm positive, but don’t worry—her treatment will be covered by us because we want her future family focused on loving her while she heals.When meeting another dog at the shelter, Wednesday stayed calm and neutral. She didn’t react, but she also didn’t engage, so we recommend slow and thoughtful introductions with any dogs already in the home. We do not know her history with cats.This girl is food motivated, which means she’ll likely enjoy learning through positive reinforcement training. Treats, praise, and patience will go a long way as she continues working on her manners and settling into home life.Wednesday has already had to navigate life on her own. I got "Fair Is" from the Humane Society about 7 years ago. He has been spayed, has a microchip, and I have all the paperwork. During our time together he had the run of the house with the doggie door that he could come and go inside as he wanted, and have a big yard with a 6-ft fence. So I never took him out for walks, he had plenty of exercise. Now he's on the chain in the backyard, and he he doesn't like it. He really needs a secure fenced yard. In exchange he will keep the yard clear of furry little unwanted creatures. But the real reason I need to rehome him is because I'm moving into a senior citizen complex that doesn't allow pets. Can someone provide him with the good new home ? He's very energetic and loves to play. We both thank you very dearly for considering us.

This is Terrence! He's very friendly - we have never met a being he doesn't want to play with (human nor animal). He is great with our toddler (3) and baby. He LOVES new people (and old friends)!He is a cuddle bug and would love to be under/on you at all times. Unfortunately, two years ago it was determined that I am allergic to almost everything, and as the primary caretaker, meeting his needs has grown challenging.He would thrive in a home where he can:- interact with his humans up close and personal- play with other animals (if you need a break)- eat a less processed diet - Freshpet, Spot&Tango Unkibble, etc.- be active outsideHe listens to and responds to various commands, though he can at times be stubborn. He has bad breath - probably needs some dental work :-/His unique odor, GI issues and excess shedding were all relieved after switching to the less processed foods one year ago.At the time of this post he is not neutered, but I am exploring options for that to be done.

She is playful and gets very excited when she sees the mailman. She is a protector once she establishes who is caring for her. This is good and bad. She is a barker and will alert you to things. She is always in a good mood and loves her owner. She will get your emotions up if you are down. She is ❤️ love. Puppy, eats twice daily, she is funny about her meals and will pick out what she doesn’t like.I am looking for a loving person to care for a loving puppy. The fees are negotiable, I would like her to be truly cared for.
