Story
Meet Tubbs!!! Tubbs is a super chill puppy who loves his people. He enjoys running around the yard, chewing on bones and toys, then settling in next to his person for snuggles. He is doing great sitting for treats and coming when called. He’s still figuring out that outside is for potty not just play but he’s getting there. He will bark when he needs out of his crate to potty so he is on his way! Socializing is his jam as he loves people and will melt into anyone’s lap. Tubbs would be a great companion to tag along anywhere. The leash is new for him but he’s picking it up quickly. He gets along with all dogs but would be content with just his people. *DOB 04/21/2026 *17 lbs. of cuteness *Neutered, UTD on vaccines and microchipped *Dog, Cat and Kid Friendly *Working on potty training *Crate trained APPLY TODAY- https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application

Story
Meet Indi Some dogs make you work to earn their trust. Indi isn't one of them. Despite being rescued off the streets, this 50 lb pittie mix walked into rescue with his heart wide open — and it hasn't closed since. Indi greets every single person like they're the best part of his day. No hesitation, no reservations, just pure, easy affection. He's playful and cuddly in equal measure, happy to share his toys without a shred of possessiveness, and he genuinely lights up around other dogs — he's done great on every dog meet so far and clearly loves having buddies to romp with. Couch snuggles, backyard playtime, golf cart cruises — Indi doesn't need anything fancy, he just wants to be wherever you are. He's a smart, eager-to-please guy who's already picking up "sit," doing well with leash walking, and nailing his potty breaks on lead. He genuinely wants to get it right, he just needs a patient person willing to keep showing him the ropes — and honestly, that eagerness makes him a joy to train. A couple of honest notes: Indi once escaped his yard, though it was less "master escape artist" and more "stood on the other side looking confused about how he got there" — so a secure yard or supervised outdoor time will help keep his adventures limited to backyard zoomies. He's also blind in one eye from an old injury, but you'd genuinely never know it. It hasn't dimmed his enthusiasm for life even a little. Indi isn't just looking for a home — he's ready to pour everything he has into one. If you want a dog who will meet you at the door with his whole heart every single day, he's your guy. Indi is 1.5 years old, neutered, utd on vaccines, microchipped, fecal tested. Dog and kid friendly. Meet Sumac! Lovingly called Big Mac or Mac Attack in his foster home, Sumac is the entire package. If you are looking for a dog who is incredibly sweet, submissive (yet knows how to play hard with the other bigger dogs) and a dog who is super smart and loyal? Look no further. Sumac LOVES his people, he will happily snuggle with you on the sofa and watch hours worth of your favorite tv show and he is more than happy to take a walk and show you his leash walking skills (he is getting there). He will need to go into a home with another confident and playful pup, he really misses his siblings and playing tug and wrestling with his foster siblings has really helped. He LOVES kids and gets so happy when he sees them. Sumac lives with 4 cats and generally ignores them, if he gets too close he may get a swipe from a kitty, he jumps 2 feet in the air and runs the other way. He has caught on with housetraining so quickly, the boy hardly ever makes a mess in the house, he is super smart! He is a complete joy to foster and one of the easiest puppies we have had, honestly, the whole litter are just great dogs. Sumac is neutered, fecal tested, microchipped and utd on vaccines! Story
Meet Ninja! Ninja may share his name with silent assassins, but don't let that fool you — his only weapon is charm. He's a rolley polley snuggle bug with a goofy streak a mile wide, always ready to hang out, nap belly-up, or dismantle a toy's squeaker with expert-level precision (RIP to every stuffed animal that's crossed his path). Crate Training: Ninja disappeared into ninja-mode training and came out a crate champion. He settles in calmly, and even mastered the sneaky skill of barking to signal potty time — saving his humans from a middle-of-the-night mess. He even eats his meals in there and races ahead to beat his humans to it at dinner time! Energy Level: Don't expect ninja-level acrobatics 24/7 — Ninja operates on chill mode. He gets his zoomies out for the first 20 minutes home, then it's snuggle time. He's happiest exploring the yard, sniffing out new smells, and going on car rides (he's usually asleep within 15 minutes — clearly a master of stealth napping). People & Pup Skills: Ninja greets strangers like long-lost friends and gets a perfect 10/10 with proper doggy introductions. He was a little shy and unsure at first, but with some confident pup friends showing him the ropes, he's really come out of his shell. No resource guarding, no nipping, no drama — just a good boy learning the ways of the world. Leash Skills: He walks like a true ninja — smooth, controlled, no pulling or lunging. A dream on a leash. Quirks & Charms: Treat-motivated and quick to learn, Ninja already knows "outside," "crate," and is working on "come." He's quiet-natured, easy-going, and listens well — the kind of dog who slides effortlessly into a new pack. As his people put it: everyone who meets him loves him. Ninja isn't here to fight — he's here to steal hearts, one goofy nap at a time. *Neutered, UTD on vaccines and microchipped *Crate trained *Good with dogs, kids & potentially cats too Your new best buddy is ready to meet you. Story
Meet Dina & Dante: A Bonded Pair Looking for Their Forever Home! Dina and Dante are an adorable bonded pair of Chihuahuas searching for a patient and loving home. While they can be shy when meeting new people, their sweet personalities shine through once they feel safe and secure. Dina is a 2-year-old bundle of personality. Once she’s comfortable, she’s playful, energetic, and always ready for fun. She loves going on walks where she can stop to sniff and explore the world at her own pace. At home, you’ll often find her zooming around, playfully tackling Dante during their wrestling matches, keeping the yard safe from squirrels, or stretched out in a sunny spot for a cozy nap. Dante is a 3-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul. He can be very shy at first, but once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll discover just how affectionate he is. Dante’s favorite way to show his love is by rolling over to offer his belly and asking for face rubs. He absolutely melts when you rub his ears and cheeks. While Dina may enthusiastically pounce on him during playtime, Dante’s response is usually to roll onto his back and happily let her win. His energy level is a little more relaxed than his best friend’s—he’s happiest napping in a sunny spot or quietly people-watching from a safe distance. Together, Dina and Dante balance each other perfectly. Dina brings confidence and playful energy, while Dante offers a calm, gentle presence. Their bond is undeniable, and they look to one another for comfort, security, and companionship. They would thrive in a calm home with adopters who understand that trust takes time. *Bonded pair *Dina 2 years old 7 lbs. *Dante 3 years old 9 lbs. *UTD on vaccines *Fixed (neutered and spayed) *Microchipped *Pee Pad Trained Apply TODAY: https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application

Story
Meet "Chuck" Norris!! He may not be able to do karate or jiu-jitsu, but he can definitely steal your heart!! Chuck is a sweet, shy fella that is finding his confidence and getting braver everyday. Once he feels safe, he has lots of love & kisses to give! He loves to play with toys and plays catch (although he doesn't really return the ball yet), but his absolute favorite thing is getting all the belly rubs from you!! Chuck gets along great with other dogs, and having a buddy is helping build his confidence. He has done great with cats, and likes kids who give him time to warm up to them. He is great in the car, house broken, and crate trained (makes it through the night too). He walks great on a leash once you start walk, but hesitates when walking out a gate or door which we are working on with him....it's a big scary world out there! He is so smart, and learning some of the basic commands. He is such an amazing boy and has lots of love, kisses and cuddles to give! *Neutered & UTD on vaccines *Housetrained *Dog, cats & kid friendly APPLY TODAY: https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Fforster-application
