Story
Beau will be 2 in February. He is a fixed German Shephard / Siberian Husky Mix. Treat Trained. Knows commands. Can be vocal around new people but acclimates fairly quickly and stays quiet. Good walker. Better as a single home dog with adults and /or older children, no cats. He currently lives with his "sister", a young female German Shepherd, but would likely thrive solo. Active pretty guy who is very gentle, loves cheese, toys, peanut butter, and belly scratches. He e is crate trained, house trained, and has multiple beds & toys we can provide. He loves walks or running in a fenced yard, and horseplay. Due to a progressing cancer diagnosis, we need to find him a loving forever home asap.

Story
We are a retired couple. We have been traveling extensively and just bought a home in Gulfport. All the traveling is hard on Chachi, he needs a place to be without moving around so much. Chachi is a loving little dog who loves to snuggle with you. He can be on his own at home. He likes his "home" kennel. He is good with people once he gets to know them, same with kids. At first he can be very nervous and barking at strangers. He is good on walks and is overjoyed to ride in the car. He is mostly good with other dogs, sometimes barks at larger black dogs. He came from Texas where he was raised by a family that could no longer keep him. We have had him three years and we do love him, but think he needs a more stable home life. Not so much traveling around.

Story
Chachi is a great little guy, but he needs a stable loving home. We are traveling too much. He has become nervous and barky at strangers. He is good on walks, walking by anyone and outside. He is good at home alone. He likes his kennel. He is a very good dog. Healthy. Is good with our grandkids, but he needs to warm up to strangers and his barking might scare a younger child. He needs a stable loving environment. He has done well with traveling but is getting nervous around strangers . He barks at them.

Story
Snapshot of Trudy: Size? Full Size (40-60 pounds) Activity Level? I play hard and snuggle hard! Noise Level? I bark when I play! Good with Dogs? I would LOVE a playmate, but would also do fine on my own Good with Cats? I'm ok with dog-savvy cats Good with Kids? Great, but I do jump up! Good with Strangers? I love everyone! Potty Trained? I'm a Pro! Crate Trained? I do well in my crate! Shedding? I don't shed much. About Trudy: Hello! My name is Trudy and I am looking for my forever home! I weigh about 52 pounds and I just love toys, my humans, and the dogs that live with me! I am very good at going to my crate and I'm learning to mind my manners when it's dinner time! I am almost a pro with potty training, I just need to know what door to stand by so my humans can see that I need to go out. I like slow intros to new dogs, once they understand my boundaries we do just fine. I love kids, but since I'm still learning not to jump up when I see people, older children would be better for me. I am quite the cuddler and would love to snuggle while you're working or watching TV! I also love to go on long walks. I would do well with another pet or as the star of the show. I would LOVE to find my forever home and am looking forward to meeting you! Trudy is fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Adoption Fee: $450+ applicable taxes Training Requirement: Obedience Level 1 recommended MEET ME/ADOPT ME: If you'd like to arrange a meeting or begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adopt/ or clicking "adopt me!.
