Story
Gigi is a playful, sweet Great Pyrenees with a gentle nature and strong guardian instincts. She is affectionate with her family and is very good with little kids, showing patience and calm around them. Gigi loves to roam and explore, spending her days sniffing out wildlife that has passed through the property. At night, she is alert and naturally keeps coyotes, foxes, and other animals at bay. Because she is a devoted protector of her people, Gigi prefers to be the only dog in the home or to live with adopters experienced with Great Pyrenees who understand proper introductions and boundaries. This is a common trait of livestock guardian breeds and part of what makes her such a loyal companion. Gigi would thrive in a home with acreage or a large, securely fenced yard and a loving family who appreciates the independence and watchfulness typical of Great Pyrenees. She bonds deeply with her people and takes her role as their protector seriously.

King is a wonderful big boy, unfortunately he thought my grandson was attacking him and king bit him, so we need to rehome this boy, up until then King is protective of him family, and loves generously, he loves playing with his stuffies, and laying in the sun and running in the snow. King listens to commands and loves treats and bones a little too much. He would be a great fit for someone that has a love for pits and has time for showing him love and going for walks. He would be great for a single person or couple. Just with an older family he would work best with. King is good with other big dogs to play with. FYI -We did test king and he is a pure bread.

Story
Buddy Love is a healthy, happy 6-year-old 75lbs neutered male. He’s a mixed breed, primarily Labrador Retriever and Staffordshire Terrier, with some Newfoundland and Weimaraner. He was rescued from a shelter in Alabama in early 2020 and has been a wonderful companion since. Buddy is full of love and personality, and he has so much to offer to someone who can give him the stability, consistency and attention he deserves. He's very affectionate, loyal and easygoing when he’s with his person and happily sleeps most of the day. If his person is up and moving, he likes to stay close by and can be protective if around strangers. He enjoys being outdoors in warm weather sunbathing and watching nature. He would do best with a confident, experienced handler and in a low-traffic home environment. Ideally in an adult-only home with no other pets or with slow intros (he is selective on what dogs he's friends with and has never been around cats). He's done well with kids, but can forget his size.

Story
Snapshot of Gordy: Size? Medium-Large (48 lbs) Activity Level? High -he is a border collie mix, after all! ;) Noise Level? Low Good with Dogs? Yes Good with Cats? Yes Good with Kids? Likely, but no children in foster home. Good with Strangers? Yes Potty Trained? Yes, with appropriate supervision and a schedule. Crate Trained? Yes Shedding? Medium About Gordy: Hi, my name is Gordy! I also respond to Gordo, Gordito, Sir Gordon, and Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I am an adorable border collie/lab mix who wants nothing more than a home to call my own--and, preferably, a ball to call my own as well. I LOVE to chase balls, and if no balls are around, I'll make do with chasing anything you throw for me--stuffies, sticks, ropes... the options are endless. My foster mom says that I'm amazingly well adjusted given my relatively rough history. I was 1 of 16 (!!) dogs rescued from a local home, and I haven't had the best care before now. For example, you might notice that I have a bit of a limp due to a wonky front foot. The vet says that this is likely caused by a ruptured tendon that didn't heal right. Fortunately, it doesn't slow me down at all! I also recently had 8 front teeth removed, including 3 of my canines, which were all fractured, likely from biting at the bars of a crate. Still, nothing can bring down my happy-go-lucky personality (except, of course, when my foster mom puts away my ball for the night). Something else you should know about me is that I tested positive for two tick-borne diseases, Anaplasmosis and Lyme. I received treatment and I don’t have any signs of chronic Lyme infection - which is AMAZING news! I will likely continue to test positive for both of these for the rest of my life due to chronic antibodies. It is possible that I could develop side effects from Lyme later in my life but for now I’m a happy and healthy boy! Here's a bit more from my foster mom: An ideal home for Gordy would be one that can give him lots of mental and physical stimulation. He really enjoys chewing on bones and bully sticks, playing tug with toys, and playing fetch. He's also a smart boy and has picked up on sit, lay down, and crate up very quickly. We're working on some new commands for him to show off! I think he'd do great with someone who enjoys having a dog that can be a companion to them on a variety of adventures! Gordy is fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations for his age. Story
Snapshot of Jazzy: Size? Medium! Activity Level? High! I'm a cattle dog mix so I like to stay busy. Noise Level? Low, unless I am excited!  Good with Dogs? Yes - I would love a playmate!  Good with Cats? Yes, I ignore them. Good with Kids? Yes, but older kids only maybe. I currently live with small children and jump up on them when I'm excited.  Good with Strangers? Yes, after I have a little adjustment time. Potty Trained? Yes! Crate Trained? Yes! Shedding? I don't shed a ton! But that might change as I grow up. Meet Jazzy! Jazzy is a red-and-white speckled cutie whose name perfectly fits her lively personality—fun, upbeat, and full of spark! This young Beagle/Cattle Dog mix (or “Battle Dog,” as we like to say!) is ready to fill her forever home with adventure, joy, and endless tail wags. Though she started out a bit shy, Jazzy has blossomed into a confident, social pup who loves to play. She enjoys romping in the yard, chasing balls, and zooming around with her dog pals. Indoors, she’s a pro at shredding stuffies—her favorite pastime! Jazzy is crate-trained, potty-trained, loves routine ad is highly food-motivated, making training easy and fun. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, ignores cats, and does well with kids—though older, dog-savvy children are best since she can get jumpy when excited. She’s been learning leash manners, and her eagerness to please shines through. Jazzy would thrive in an active home, whether as a solo dog with plenty of playtime or with another fun-loving canine companion. Ready to meet your new adventure buddy? Jazzy can’t wait to meet you! Jazzy is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccinations appropriate for her age.
