Snapshot of Snickers:
Size? Medium now but likely large when full grown!
Activity Level? I would make a great running/hiking buddy! But I do love a good snooze/rest period.
Noise Level? I'm generally quiet, but I do bark to get your attention sometimes!
Good with Dogs? Yes, I love playing!
Good with Cats? Yep! I ignore them in my foster home.
Good with Kids? I currently live with a VERY dog savvy 3 and 6 year old and do well! But I can be a bit much for them when I get excited due to my size.
Good with Strangers? I love EVERYONE!
Potty Trained? Working on it!
Crate Trained? Yes!
Shedding? The normal lab amount :)
Meet Snickers – an 8-month-old chocolate Lab mix with a heart as big as his paws!
If you're looking for a dog with endless love, a goofy personality, and enough enthusiasm to brighten every day, Snickers is your guy. He's your classic Lab puppy: full of energy, always ready to play, and sometimes making questionable life choices with complete confidence. His doofy charm is impossible not to love!
Snickers absolutely loves other dogs and would happily spend hours playing and wrestling with a canine friend. He's also a huge fan of people and adores kids, though he's still learning that he's not quite as tiny as he thinks he is. When excitement takes over, he can accidentally knock little ones down with his enthusiastic greetings.
One of Snickers' best qualities is how well he does in his kennel. Whether we're away from home or sleeping through the night, he settles in beautifully and always keeps his kennel nice and clean. He's also been respectful of our cats, choosing to ignore them rather than chase or bother them.
Like any young puppy, Snickers is still working on potty training. With consistency, patience, and regular potty breaks, he's been making great progress and continues to improve every day.
After he's burned off some puppy energy, Snickers has a sweet, snuggly side. He loves leaning against your legs for pets, happily chewing on his favorite toys, or wandering around the house to investigate anything new that catches his attention.
Snickers is looking for a family that will embrace his goofy personality, continue his training, and give him plenty of love, playtime, and adventure. In return, you'll get a loyal best friend who will keep you laughing, keep your heart full, and remind you every day why Labs are such beloved companions.
If you're ready for a fun-loving, affectionate, slightly clueless (in the most adorable way) puppy, Snickers can't wait to meet you!
Snickers is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations appropriate for his age.
Adoption Fee: $600 + applicable tax
