Story
We have had Bella for 2 years. During these 2 years she grown to be an amazing-loving dog. Bella loves to cuddle(her favorite thing to do), go on walks, and run around in the grass. She is super loving once she gets to know you. She is a little anxious around other dogs but can be corrected with proper training. She has been a great addition to our family but unfortunately due to some life changes we can longer have her here with us. She will love you and your family to the fullest. She is a big ball of love and energy. She is great with kids. Can be great with other dogs with more exposure. Bella is house trained and knows basic tricks like sit, stay, and jump. Please help us find her a good home to go to.

Story
Hi, I'm Bella! 🐾 I'm a pit mix with a little Rottweiler in me (that's where I get my tan-and-black coat) and yes, these short little legs are as cute as they look. I came from a rescue, but I've spent every single day since making sure my people know how much I love them! If you're an adventure person, I'm your girl. Snuggles on the sofa? I'm there. Weekend hike? Let's go! I'm happy doing anything, as long as I'm with you. The dog park is my happy place, especially when my goldendoodle and malamute besties show up. And food? Food is EVERYTHING to me. Dinner time is the highlight of my day, and don't even get me started on pup cups. I lose my mind (in the best way). My dream home is a quiet one (no kids please, they make me a little nervous) with a backyard I can sniff and explore. I'm fully leash-trained and love walks. I warm up slowly to strangers, but with some patience and consistency? I'll be the most loyal, affectionate BFF you've ever had. I promise I'm worth the wait. 🖤🐶

Story
Mayo is a 1-2 year old purebred Samoyed rescued from Korea. She is now in the bay area while we look for her forever home. She is spayed, healthy, up to date on vaccinations, playful, energetic, and very-puppy like.Mayo needs adopters who are home most of the day and work from home, as she cannot be left alone for long periods. At this time, we are only considering adopted located in the Bay Area. She will do best in a house with a secure, spacious yard. She is fully pee-pad trained and is friendly with other dogs. After fostering, we've learned she thrives with a canine companion, so we are prioritizing adopter s with at least one dog (large preferably) and a house with fenced yard. No apartments or kids.Because she is still adjusting to home life, Mayo needs experienced dog owners, ideally those familiar with Samoyed or similar breeds. She cannot be left unattended for the first few months while she is adapting. Please apply if Mayo sounds like a good fit.

Story
7yr old tan M/N shepherd mix Foster notes: Noble is a sensitive guy and he seems to be more comfortable around women than men for now.  He loves being near his person & follows me all day around the house.  He may resource guard his bed.  He bit my husband the first week we had him when he tried to pet him when he was on his bed.  I have since kept him apart from my husband and he has not shown any signs of aggression for a while and he has even wagged his tail at my husband.  I would still err on the side of caution with new people and men with his bed.  Any iffy situation I have him leashed and muzzled or on the other side of a baby gate.  When people come over or in crowded places I let him wear a comfortable muzzle.  It makes me more comfortable and it keeps him out of trouble.  He has walked in very crowded places in close quarters wearing a muzzle and has not shown any signs of aggression.  I feel that if there is any aggression it could be territorial or fearful aggression because I have only seen him do it at home.  I don’t know how he is around children but I think it would be a safer bet to say no kids.  He is potty trained.  He is good with other dogs with a proper introduction.  I have two pit bulls and a chihuahua and he hangs out with them all day long.  He is obsessed with playing fetch.  He will drop the ball in front of you while you are cooking dinner.  Once he thinks you are his person, you could not find a more loyal and loving campanion.  He has decompressed a lot in the short time he has lived with me and he will  be even better with time in a loving and patient home.  His ideal owner would be someone who is willing to take it slow with him and let him open up on his own terms, someone with a lot of dog experience, who is home a lot, a woman.  Also he came to me with itchy skin and I have been giving him fresh food and it has cleared everything up.  So a dream home would provide that for him too otherwise I think he might have allergies. Also Noble is very athletic.  If someone wants a jogging partner, he would be up for it. ##2632401##

Story
Pat is a F blk/wht pit bull foster notes: Pat is a blue-nose pit and approximately 2 years old. When she feels safe she shows her loving, silly, and playful side. Pat loves to play with squeaky toys, go on walks, and eat chicken. Pat can be very affectionate and loves to cuddle on the couch. Pat’s ideal home is a healthy balance of outdoor and homebody activities. Although Pat does have the capacity to be friendly, she does have reservations: Pat is fearful of strangers walking towards her especially if they’re making movements with their arms. Pat can also be fearful of other dogs that stare at her and my react with barking and lunging. It’s clear that Pat has had a rough start to life but in the right home she will thrive. Pat is potty trained, walks well on leash, and does well in car rides. Pat is learning commands such as sit and wait.  She loves bananas Pat would do best in a home that has experience with rescues and has the patience to work with her. Pat would do best as the single pet in the home but may be okay with other dogs with a slow introduction.  Foster-Mom notes:  •Personality/Temperament: Pat listens to me really well—I have built a strong rapport with her so it’s not difficult for me to clean her paws, brush her teeth, moisturize her paws etc. And she has never snapped at me when I’ve done these things. The only thing is when I first got her she was slightly fearful of her harness and collar but she’s now completely fine with it especially since I’ve shown her we can take it off. I think whoever adopts Pat wouldn’t have issue with this either so long as there is a strong loving foundation.    Pat loves jumping in bushes and prefers to go to the bathroom behind the bush    Pat sometimes gets the zoomies when she poops or pees so something to be mindful of   When Pat is anxious she bites at her nails and paw pads so I make sure that she has toys so she can redirect that to something else    •Medical Appointments: She was reactive when she went to the vet but my vet is very patient with her and worked around it. I brought her with a muzzle on. Trazodone also has been a big help specifically when I took her to get spayed.    •Social Engagement: Pat loves my youngest dog Koko but does not like Sugar. The latter is because Sugar smelled food that Pat had and wanted it and this made Pat distrustful of Sugar. Sugar is also my oldest living dog so I think there’s a level of respect Sugar feels like she should be getting. When Pat is hungry and smells chicken or that I’m cooking she will “awroo” at me (not a bark but not a cry) and Sugar doesn’t like that so she’ll bark at Pat.   Pat also seems to be more fearful of men but with patience she can overcome it (eg, she was reactive when she first met my dad but now she loves him and follows him around the house when we visit ##2576226##
