Story

Copper is a sweet, but quirky boy. I am helping his family find his new forever home because Copper has corrected young children for getting into his personal space (has left a small puncture wound/scrape on a child). I own a dog training business called Balance Together Dog Training (I am located in Oconomowoc, WI). I did a board and train program with Copper in the fall of 2025 to help Copper have more reliable obedience, and give Copper's family a clear way to communicate with him effectively. Many people are unable to provide the structure and boundaries necessary for a dog like Copper to be successful in a home with small children. This is why I will be helping Copper find a home that does not have any young children. He also can be a bit protective of the home/have a bit of stranger danger. The stranger danger and protectiveness, was easily corrected during my board and train program, and I am happy to offer free support/ follow up training lessons to Coppers new forever home!
