Story
Senior lady Molleigh has been part of the New Rattitude family for many years, and her story is one of love, change, and quiet strength. She first came to the resuce in 2020 with her daughter when their family made the difficult decision to surrender them. Both girls found loving homes, and at age 11, Molleigh settled into a wonderful life with two devoted parents, a spacious home filled with sunlight, and plenty of windows for critter-watching—plus uninterrupted snuggle time. Five years later, through no fault of her own, Molleigh finds herself looking for a home. Her adopters, now facing age- and health-related challenges, could no longer provide the care she needs. Now 16 years-old, Molleigh is once again in foster care—comfortingly, with the same foster family who lovingly cared for her back in 2020. Molleigh is a 19 lb. lady who enjoys the simple pleasures in life: long naps in a cozy dog bed, leisurely walks, and tasty treats. She’s a gentle soul who does well with cats and calm dogs. While she spent much of her life around a child, at this stage she would be happiest in a peaceful home without active young children. Stairs are hard for Molleigh, and since she doesn’t like being carried, a single-level home is important for her comfort and safety. She was house-trained in the past, but now uses potty pads—either because she’s forgotten or simply can’t hold it as well as she once did. After so much transition, Molleigh deserves a quiet, loving home where she can relax, feel secure, and be cherished for the rest of her life. If you have room in your heart and home for a gentle senior who asks for very little, Molleigh would love to meet you. Story
Co-pilot Vinnie is here to help get you to the dog treats store! Have you ever been?! It's a wonderful place full of every treat you can imagine! He's happy to show you all his favorites. If you adopt Vinnie, you can buckle up for the best couch cuddles, the cutest snores (he's told it's only cute when dogs snore) and all the adventures! Please pack treats, he loves treats! Vinnie is a 6 year old, 77 pound pitty mix. He's potty trained, knows how to sit, down and crawl! Have you seen a large dog crawl? It's adorable! He's working on walking politely but is a quick study and loves to learn! Vinnie would do best as an only dog, no cats either please. He'd do best in a home with kids ages 12+, he may know how old he is but he sure doesn't know how big he is. While he may prefer the only dog lifestyle, you'll be forever entertained by Vinny and his antics. What are you waiting for? Your greatest treat store adventure awaits! Adopt Vinnie, you'll see what we mean!

Story
Since you are reading this, you must be on the hunt for a new best friend. What a coincidence! So am I! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Arthur and I am a little over a year old and approx 55lbs. I found myself at the puppy pound in July, broke out in August, and am ready to settle in to my furever home! I was lucky to find a foster home with another dog friend to hang out with and he showed me all the fun things that come with living the good life, in a loving home. But he just got adopted (lucky guy) and now I’m waiting for my turn! So let me tell you a little more about me… Not to brag but people tell me I have the softest fur and the most stunning eyes. They say that dogs are man’s (or woman’s) best friend – well I agree! And I am THE best friend around town. I love with all my heart and all my body too – seriously, get ready for snuggles and kisses! But I don’t just like people – I love meeting new dog friends too! I’m not sure I’ve met another dog that I didn’t like. I don’t need doggy daycare, another friend in the home, or to go with you to hang out with your friends/family and their pups, but I’m up for the adventure if you are! However, I prefer a house without felines, they are just not for me. I also walk well on a leash, enjoy chewing on bones, and napping (preferably on a big bunch of blankets, being the king I am). I love treats and that is what motivates me best to learn new tricks. I am a good balance of playful, loving, silly, and timid. I actually enjoy being in my crate and like to spend time in the yard just chilling while you work on chores or just chill with me too! Still reading? Well then apply to adopt me already! https://www.caninecupids.org/adopt

Story
Meet Zeus, our lovable Great Dane who is nearly 2 years old and still has that playful spirit of a big puppy! This goofy giant doesn’t quite realize just how big he is! Weighing around 130 pounds, Zeus can sometimes be a bit clumsy, knocking over anything in his path (especially when he really wants to say hello!) Zeus is also quite vocal; he loves to express himself with his happy barks or chatty howls or whining complaints, especially when he’s excited, wants your attention , has to do something he doesn’t want to (this is when the complaints start), or is playing with other dogs! His silly personality and expressive nature will keep you entertained and ensure you never have a dull moment. Zeus is good with cats as long as you’re ok having to frequently remind him that cats really don’t want to play with puppies that are 12x their size! He is good with other dogs as long as the other dog is ok with Zeus’s rough and tumble play style and that he is VERY vocal when he plays Zeus is a little much for small kids and small kids are a bit much for Zeus, he does ok with older kids, >12yo up. Zeus is a loyal companion who really just wants to be wherever you are! If you're ready to welcome a big-hearted boy into your life, apply below!! https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SCGM/Dog

Story
Say hello to 8 year old Nog: 7 lbs of snuggles and sass Looking for a pint-sized roommate who doubles as a cuddle machine and a fetch champion? This tiny dude is basically a professional snuggler with a side hustle in toy obsession. His favorite pastime? Collecting plushies and balls like they’re priceless treasures, then convincing you to throw them again…and again…and again. He’s cautious with strangers (especially men), so he prefers slow introductions — think “fine wine” pace, not “energy drink” speed. Once you’re in his circle of trust, though, prepare for endless loyalty and lap time. Nog is currently living with two big dogs, he’s Switzerland: neutral, polite, but secretly plotting how to get back to his human without sharing toys. He’d thrive as an only dog or with chill canine friends who respect his toy kingdom. House-trained and crate-trained, though he occasionally stages a protest when it’s cold outside (hey, wouldn’t you?). Harnesses are no problem, and while he hasn’t hit the runway for leash training yet, he’s ready to strut when the weather cooperates. Apartment, house, castle, spaceship — he doesn’t care. As long as there’s a human to cuddle and toss his toys, he’s living the dream.
