CALLING ALL INTROVERTS!! Monty is a spayed 1.5 yr old petite 40 lb pittie mix looking for her forever home. Monty's adoption fee has been reduced to &75 due to the generosity of our sponsoring community. Monty is available for adoption in Wisconsin and surrounding states. We are willing to travel for the right family. Additionally, If you live within 30 miles of Milwaukee, we will include (3) transitional training sessions in your home to set her up for success. Ms. Monty is a quirky, loveable homebody and her hobbies include collecting stuffy toys, running through the house at full speed, jumping for joy and defending the honor of her favorite people. She is best matched with an adult-only quiet home with prior dog ownership experience. Monty is friends with the dogs that pass through her busy foster home and is great on play dates, but prefers to be an only dog at home so she can be the center of attention. She is very reserved with strangers and prefers a small social circle - her new owners will need to be patient and allow her time to settle in to her new routine - she will thrive in a home that keeps her on a predictable schedule. Monty is anxious, but very happy in her foster home. She has lived with her foster family for one year and is ready for her turn at adoption. She is house, leash and crate trained. Story
Meet Lucy! Lucy is a 45-lb yellow Lab mix with a soft, fluffy coat and an even softer heart. She’s a mature adult who was abandoned when her family moved, and she’s now searching for a loving home where she can finally feel safe and secure. Lucy loves being outdoors and enjoys long walks. While her leash experience is limited, she’s making steady progress with practice. She does well with calm, respectful dogs and is currently living peacefully with another foster. She can be unsure around young children, so an adults-only home or one with older, dog-savvy kids would be the best fit. Lucy is potty trained, has nice house manners but still needs work and guidance. She adores human attention and snuggles. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to meet her forever family. Story
Oakley is a 10‑month‑old Aussie/Shepherd mix who weighs about 25 pounds and will likely stay under 30 pounds when fully grown. He’s a fun‑loving pup who thrives on attention and playtime. While the big world can feel a little overwhelming at first, Oakley’s sweet and goofy personality shines once he feels comfortable. He’ll need a patient family who can help him build confidence and continue his training as he grows. This charming boy is working on potty training, leash walking, and basic manners. Like many young dogs, he sometimes jumps or checks hands for treats without warning, so a home without small children is best while he learns. He does struggle with being left alone, so apartment living isn’t ideal. A home where someone is around often will help him feel secure and happy. Oakley gets along well with other dogs, though he can be a little timid with larger ones, and he hasn’t yet been tested with cats. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and ready to find a loving home that can give him the patience, guidance, and consistency he needs. In return, Oakley will shower his family with affection, playfulness, and the joy of watching him blossom into the wonderful companion he’s meant to be. Story
Conway is an adorable, stocky little pup! He's 9 weeks old, 14 lbs and will probably be a big boy when full grown. He's the brave, adventurous, talkative brother. He's got big paws, adorable speckled fur and amazing soulful eyes. Since he's so young he can be trained to live with cats & kids, and he is currently fostered with his brothers and three other adult dogs and does great. As with any young puppy he will need his furever family to be ready to work on all things training- crate, leash & potty- but in exchange- you get to raise this cute, fun little dude from puppyhood and watch him grow up. He is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, has started monthly preventatives and will come with a neuter certificate upon adoption. Right now he's being socialized and loved on in his foster home. Wrinkly face, sweet Garth is a 9 week old, 11 lb puppy. Garth is the observer of the litter, he loves to be held and is the most mellow of his brothers.
