Cassie enjoys walks and playtime and would love a family that could give her plenty of exercise. She would benefit from some additional training, which should be a breeze, since she will do pretty much anything for a treat!  Cassie has been to parks and adoption events and is unreactive to the other dogs, but is not interested in living with another dog. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Piper, an approximately 1-year-old, 45-lb mixed-breed dog. Piper is a sweet, friendly girl with a silly, playful personality! She loves toys and is very good at entertaining herself. She is very affectionate too, leaning in for pets whenever she can. Piper is very smart and has quickly picked up basic commands. She will gladly work for treats. Piper recently spent some time at the home of one of our volunteers and was a wonderful house guest. She really enjoyed playing in the yard and then was happy to go inside for a nap and some snuggle time. Piper would do best in a home with someone willing to continue her training and give her time to acclimate to home life. Small children are not recommended since she can be a little jumpy. A fully enclosed fenced yard is required for Piper since she loves the freedom of running around and chasing a ball (and can burn off some of her energy!). Piper is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on shots. She also appears to be dog-friendly, and we would consider a home with a playful male dog. If you’d like to meet Piper and give her the home she deserves, please fill out an application on our website at Rescueridge.com. If your application is a possible match, a volunteer will reach out to you to schedule a meet   Piper is located in Monmouth County, NJ Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 9, 2025, 2:55 pm
