He is happy, loving and content when he feels safe, but he has some anxiety that makes him nervous around strangers. His current owners say he is an absolute MUSH once he knows and trusts you. Frank loves to go to doggy daycare twice a week and loves the other dogs and staff. He knows basic commands. He is up to date on all his vaccinations and sees the vet regularly. Frank would be best in a home with no children and a home that does not have a lot of people coming and going. He is looking for a safe and quiet home to call his own! Due to their current Dad moving somewhere that doesn’t allow dogs, they are looking for the perfect family to call their own. Smokey and Cannon are a father and son duo. Smokey is a 6 year old catahoula and husky mix. Cannon is a 2 year old catahoula, husky, lab and pit mix. They are both neutered and up to date on vaccines. Smokey’s current Dad says he has a chill personality and loves to play. He also said that Cannon is a sweetheart and a big goofball who also loves to play. They get along great with other dogs and other people. They have not been around any children at this time. Both love going for car rides, playing fetch and going on walks. Hannibal is a 6-month-old Shih/Aussie mix who is up to date on all his shots. He is playful, friendly, and loves toys and playing with kids. He has a sweet personality and enjoys being around people. Hannibal is kennel trained and sleeps in his kennel at night without any issues. He does not pee in his kennel. He is doing well with potty training and goes outside to pee. We are looking to rehome Hannibal because, unfortunately, caring for a young dog has become too much responsibility for my parents. This decision was not made lightly, and our priority is finding him a loving home. We are seeking someone who has the time, patience, and compassion to care for a young, active dog and who is looking to add a loving companion to their home. Hannibal would do best with someone who can continue his training and give him the attention he deserves. Have you ever wanted a goofy 95 lb. lap dog?? Prince is your guy!! We were finally able to pull Prince from the shelter, thanks to our wonderful fosters!! Prince is a loveable, playful, charming guy who is good with other pups and is fantastic with cats! He is up to date on vaccines & vetting. He was euth listed at a local shelter after a minor bite incident in which he clearly expressed discomfort and his warning signals were ignored. He was a staff/volunteer favorite, while at the shelter. He is with foster parents who are extremely dedicated to setting all of the dogs that they foster up for success, They really work to understand their quirks & work through any issues they might have. Prince is really becoming his best self, and is ready to find his forever family. Prince does prefer a quiet, adult only household.

We are taking applications for Miss Juno. This sweet little wiggle butt wants to wiggle her way right into your heart and home. She is a spayed female boxer mix. She is up to date on vaccines & vetting. She is very playful, with a quiet cuddly side. She is about 50 lbs, and aprox 1.5 years old. Gets along with other pups and is good around kids. She is in training currently, to learn how to harness her boundless energy & gain some leash manners. She knows some basic commands & is working on “leave it”. Her foster mom has had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is crate trained and house broken. She would be your perfect adventure dog, as she likes going for a swim in the river.
