Story
Betty is a good girl. She is protective and loving. She loves to cuddle and play. She is crate trained as well. She has shown some guarding behaviors with special treats and could use guidance around that. I got her at 8 months and have had her for 5. My schedule is about to change so intensely that even though I love her, I cannot keep her. I want her to find a loving home.

Story
Cocoa is a gift from my Aunt Neici. Her mother lives in Mississippi as my Aunt eventually returned to her preferred state to be with her sons and daughters who have begun starting a life there. As a result Cocoa has had substantially less time to spend with others as her biological mother Cookie returned to Mississppi as well with my Aunt. My family and I all have large work obligations that make it difficult to spend adequate time with her in conjunction with her being limited in a confined space and it seems unfair to her that our difficulties in time management should translate into the tremendous sadness and loneliness for her that it has and thus we have decided to put her up for adoption. Please reach out if you are interested.

Story
We are accepting applications for our sweet girl, Lorelai. She was a pull from Memphis Animal Services, on September 21, 2022. When she came to us she weighed 26lbs & was heartworm positive, She is with a foster who was getting her through her first few critical months, but still has her. She is more than ready for her furever love!! She is completely house trained, and is a very well behaved house guest. She loves all people, though she is more comfortable with her doggie friends who are more on the chill side. She has gone through her heartworm treatment, over 6 months ago. She is extremely sweet, despite all of the horrors that she endured before coming into our rescue.

Story
Hello, my name is Clooney! Clooney is a courtesy posting for a kind & loving family who sadly find themselves in a position of needing to lovingly rehome this gorgeous, sweet dog. Clooney wrote up a description of himself and he would like you to read it: "I am a mixed Brindle Pitbull breed and am about 3.5 years old. I am a big cuddle bug and sometimes don't even know my own size as I always sit with my owner on her recliner. Although we both don't fit very well, I love to snuggle . I have really big paws and I love to play with the hose in the summer. Its my favorite activity! I am so excited to see all the guests that come to my house to visit. Although I may need some work on jumping as I get so excited. I do really well with other dogs although I've never met any kitties. I think I may be just a tad rough with my house play that I may be best to be in a house with no children or adults only as I don't know my own strength. One of my other favorite past times is to lay in front of the fireplace on cold nights. I'm looking for my forever home and a family that I can continue to love unconditionally. Give me a few chew bones , an occasional toss of the stick and I will be the happiest big pitty ever! Take a peak at my adorable photos and I will melt your heart." If interested in adopting handsome Clooney, please submit an online application on the PAWS Ohio website @ www.pawsohio.org under the ADOPT tab. Thank you!

Luna is a gorgeous 4yr old German Shepherd looking for a loving, active home. She prefers to be the only apple of your eye since she can be a bit protective of her owners, in true GSD fashion! Luna loves her toys and enjoys walks in her neighborhood. She is fully UTD on vaccines and is already spayed - so she is turn-key ready for her new family!

Story
This is Mr. Brown! (Born 4/9/24) This sweet kid is a great listener and has been problem solving on his own. While playful, he's more on the snuggly side and likes laying with his human or "Mama Mia". Other times, he nibbles on Auntie Angel's tail, but she doesn't really like that, so they lay together instead. This kid has a lot of ambition and will strive to be your best friend. He's more quiet compared to his sibling but will bark when he's trying to tackle a problem he's not sure about how to solve - like getting off the bed. Be sure to apply now to foster to adopt Mr. Brown! https://form.jotform.com/211714330018038
