Story
Meet Dash 🖤 Dash is a handsome 2-year-old neutered Doberman mix who is looking for a loving, experienced, and permanent home. This is an incredibly difficult decision, and I want to take the time to find the right home for him. Dash is a high-energy, playful, vocal dog with a big personality. He enjoys being active and would do best with someone who has experience with larger, energetic breeds and can give him plenty of exercise, attention, structure, and continued training. He has completed a training class and knows several basic commands. Dash is okay with other dogs but is not a good fit for a home with small dogs. He does well with older children. He has not been around cats or babies, so his behavior around them is unknown. Dash would likely do best in an active home where he is treated as part of the family. A securely fenced yard would be a bonus, but the most important thing is a committed owner who understands his energy level and is willing to continue working with him.

Story
Leo is an amazing and sweet dog. He is wonderful with kids and very loving. He is 4 years old, and we have had him for about 3 years. The original owner gave him to us because they couldn't keep him in their apartment, where dogs weren't allowed. We are now relocating and are extremely sad that we cannot take him with us. We are looking for a family that has time to care for him and love him daily. Leo is a very chill dog; he only barks if he hears something outside or if someone rings the doorbell. He loves to be petted and cuddled. Due to our relocation and travel schedule, he is not up to date on his shots. The person who adopts him will need to take him to the vet to update his vaccinations. He has brought us so much joy, and I want to ensure whoever adopts him keeps him forever because I don’t want him bouncing from home to home. He was given to us for free, and with that said, I want to pay it forward to someone, the same way he was given to us as a blessing.

Story
Tiffany is packed with sweetness, wiggles, and just the right amount of zoomies! ✨ She is the perfect petite size for couch cuddles AND outdoor adventures — she’s basically the best of both worlds. Tiffany is a little shy but gets along great with other dogs and would love a playful sibling… or she’ll happily soak up all the attention herself! Her absolute favorite things in life? BELLY RUBS. If you’ve got hands, she’s got a tummy ready and waiting. She has also met a cat and pretty much ignored him. She’s got that classic hound charm — curious, loving, and always ready to follow her nose (usually straight to you for snuggles). ❤️ Whether she’s romping around with doggy friends or curling up beside you for cuddle time, Tiffany is happiest when she’s with her people. She would do best in a home with children 12+, as younger children can make her nervous. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, tail-wagging best friend who will adore you endlessly, Tiffany is your girl! *Note: Tiffany tested Lyme+ in 2025 and has since completed her antibiotic treatment. She is feeling great and ready to go home with you! Tiffany's adoption fee is $400. This also covers all her age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting.

Cristal

Labrador Retriever Husky

Female, 3 yrs 4 mos
Sparta, NJ
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Due to no fault of her own, Cristal was surrendered due to the breakup of her humans and neither parent could take her with them. From her foster: Cristal is the perfect housemate for anyone looking for a well-mannered and loyal companion. She has excellent house manners and can be trusted to stay home alone without needing a crate. A sweet and affectionate girl, Cristal may take a little time to warm up to new people. Once she trusts you, however, she becomes a devoted "Velcro dog" who will happily stay by your side wherever you go. Cristal loves hikes, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with her person. As long as she's with her family, she's content and eager to join in on any activity. She would thrive as the only dog in the home, as she prefers not to share her family’s attention with other canine companions. Cristal is fully house-trained and sleeps soundly through the night. Because her play style can be a bit enthusiastic and rough at times, she may be best suited to a home without very young children. If you're looking for a loving, loyal, and well-behaved companion, Cristal could be the perfect match. 🐾 Note: Cristal does not like to have the top of her head touched so a home with older children that understands this is preferred.

Marti

Husky Australian Shepherd

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Marti has touched so many people's hearts and she is very special to us. Marti is one of our shelter fire survivors. She spent weeks in the hospital recovering from severely burned paws, enduring painful dressing changes and restricted movement. As you can imagine, it has been more than a physical recovery but an emotional and psychological recovery for our resilient girl. Her paws are now healed and she is able to walk unrestricted again. Marti would do best in a home where she can get ALOT of outdoor walks and hikes and yard play, someone who is home alot to keep her company, keep her mind active and keep her on a regular schedule. Marti is super smart as well - she has had basic training and agility training certificates with her previous owner and needs to have things to challenge her high energy brain to keep her busy. She loves to play with toys and will hop on her toys and will thrown them up and play on her own. She was originally surrendered when grandchildren moved into the home and there was an issue with resource guarding of toys & food so Marti would do best in a home without kids. We know there is someone out there who can understand our girl and give her the love and structure she needs to thrive. Marti's adoption fee is $200. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting.
