Brooklyn is a very loving and friendly dog. She's super energetic and loves to play. She's able to communicate with her command buttons (we've taught her outside, treat & play) and knows how to sit, stay, give paw and go "down." She's loves being around other adults and gets super excited when she has visitors. She's extremely loyal and deserves someone who can take her on car rides, walks and trips.

This beautiful girl was brought to a groomer and the family never picked her up. When they were finally reached, they said they had lost their home and were living in a hotel and could not take her back. The wonderful owner of the salon has kept this fabulous girl in boarding for months, but the family has disappeared, so we offered to help find her next family so she can get back to a great dog life. Millie is a full Malinois. She has been spayed, is up to date on her shots, is microchipped and is on HW prevention. This is an all-around great dog. Absolutely LOVES people, walks well on a leash and needs to be living her best life with a great family. And as you may have guessed, fetch is her thing! If you think that could be yours, press the big blue button to ask about Millie. The salon keeping her safe and healthy is in TN but delivery to your area is included in the fees. We transport with Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road!

Story
This guy has had a tough row to hoe. People have let him down but a lovely rescuer reached out and got him and now he is READY! Six months ago, someone posted him on fb saying he showed up at their apartment in a small town and they could not keep him. About a week later he mysteriously shows up about 20 miles away and another house. We firmly believe that the first people drove him out to the country and dumped him. The second home reached out to Tails of the South Rescue and they jumped right in. He has been neutered, brought up to date on all his shots and treated for heartworm. He is now a healthy dog and ready to come to his new family. Foster says he is a PERFECT boy! She has had him about 5 months, and he's lived inside with ALL the dogs and cats. He loves to play and snuggle, put his head on your chest and give kisses. He runs the farm and doesn't bother anything! He has never been around toddlers but adores kids 6 and up. ❤️🐾🐾❤️. He is in Tennessee right now but will be transported to you using the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
Meet Cooper aka Monkey. We call him Monkey because if he tries to jump on your lap and doesn’t make it all the way he will cling onto your leg and just climb his way up lol. He’s adorable young sweet and affectionate. He loves to be your lap buddy but does have some energy. He loves people and gets along with other dogs well. He is crate trained and doing great with potty training. He does need additional potty training though. A fenced yard is a must. He doesn’t really like to potty next to anyone he prefers to have his privacy. He tends to go out on leash and become too distracted to remember to potty number 2 and he will do it when he comes inside. Really simple fix. Let him out to potty congratulate him when he does and then he can come back inside. If he wants in but has not done his business number 2 he will need to be crated and let back out in 20 minutes. This should be repeated til he does his number 2 outside. Once he does his business he can come in and not be crated for a while. We are in east TN but we do welcome out of state adoptions. We use rescue riders for our transport needs because they are the best on the road. His adoption fee listed here on adopt a pet in includes transport to your area. Story
Right up front… Andy is looking for a experienced family where they’ve had big dogs before. Andy can be reactionary to new people or protective through the fence or a car windows. Definitely more suited for a one-dog owner. He is an alpha type dog, likes to be in charge so a strong dominant or alpha to counter, he Becomes overwhelmed Easily if his space, boundaries or territories are crossed. He can go into protection mode at times, become easily triggered, through car glass, fencing, and protective over his family. He’s very Protective over his home and his people. Needs time to warm up to new people and he likes to feel like he is in charge, so being an Alpha type he needs to controlled quickly and put in his place with a dominant voice, but once he is comfortable, he will be your best friend and trusted companion for life. Andy is approximately 2 years old, 75 lbs, mixed breed who found himself alone in a shelter, a young lady adopted him, she’s a nurse at beginning of Covid and couldn’t give him the attention he needed. We received a call for help, from that young lady, we don’t not know his origin story started, although I’m sure it wasn’t a happy beginning. Cats are ok, and maybe adult kids, he is curious about other dogs once he knows them loves to play. Andy is a lovable dog who will never leave your side, but need an experienced dog owner, someone that will giving him the time to be understood. Andy likes his butt scratched and rubbed. He likes long walks (although he can puller) and loves to sniff anything and everything along the way! He has had training, he knows sit and hand signals Andy is House broken by being crate trained, will run to his kennel on request and asked to place, he needs a fenced in yard. ( I can talk you through that) I have many videos to send. He’s a very hairy guy, brushing is a must, maybe a grooming professional initially. Can be left alone for long periods of time - does not chew or get into anything he's not supposed to. Likes to be right next to you on the couch and the bed. Well-trained - knows place, down, stay, sit, and working on heel. Loves peanut butter as a treat. He is neutered all vaccines and microchipped, and heartworm negative Since having him here we have had to work with him to to trust us, at first he will be a little nervous but give them time and he will fill your heart. If you have a big heart, kindness and experience with this type of dog, please email BakerBridgeRescue@aol.com and ask for an application, we would love to talk with you in detail about each pup after it is completed and sent back. We received a sponsorship donation to help with Andy's adoption fee, so it’s been reduced to $400. Once approved, we will call you. We transport every other week to a location near you with the most animal friendly transport - Rescue Riders Transport

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We received a call for help, this person had more then 20 animals on his property, adults and puppies he needed food and to get the girls fixed. A local spay/neuter clinic helped with spay/neuter, rabies and heartworm testing. All the adults were taken back to the owner and he is given dog food to help with feeding them. We were able to take in some of the young pups, had them heartworm tested (which was negative) spay/neutered all vaccines and microchipped. We took the puppies hoping they would be heartworm negative and they are. Since having them here we have had to work with them to learn to trust us, at first they will be a little nervous but give them time and they will fill your heart. They are crate trained, but not house broken. If you have a big heart and would like to give these puppies a chance, please email BakerBridgeRescue@aol.com and ask for an application, we would love to talk with you in detail about each pup. Once approved, we will call you. We transport every other week to a location near you with the most animal friendly transport - Rescue Riders Transport.
