Story
Roxy was adopted a few months ago from a local shelter. She is sweet and energetic. She is 8-9 Months old beagle/terrier mix. She loves to play fetch and knows the most common commands (ie. sit, paw, come). She is almost house trained, she does well with pee-pads. She does get sensitive to loud noises and gets very skittish around them or around very loud yelling. She loves other animals and plays well with other dogs. She is just not the right fit for our family at this time, but is a very loving little pup. She deserves more attention than we are able to give at this time

Story
Denver is a handsome English Cocker Spaniel who is approximately 7 months old. He is a sweet, affectionate boy who enjoys being around his family but is a little more laid back than your typical puppy. Good with children Lives with other dogs Friendly and affectionate Enjoys attention but is not overly clingy Beautiful coat and classic English Cocker look Denver loves spending time with his people, relaxing nearby, and joining in on family activities. He has a gentle personality and is a wonderful companion. I’m looking for a loving, committed family that can give Denver the time, attention, and forever home he deserves. Please message me if you’d like to learn more about Denver and tell me a little about your home and experience with dogs.

Story
Excellent family dogMeet Sadie – Proof That Age Is Just a Number  Sadie may have a little gray on her muzzle, but don’t let that fool you—this 10-year-young, 60-lb girl still has the heart and energy of a pup half her age! She loves to run, play, and be part of the action, making her a wonderful match for an active family. One of Sadie’s greatest talents? Snuggling. When playtime is over, she’s more than happy to curl up next to you and soak up all the love. She’s also a dream house guest: fully house-trained, crate-trained, and trustworthy enough to be left alone uncrated—no destruction, no drama. Sadie adores kids and adults and gets along well with other dogs (though she’d do best without tiny dogs—she’s a little too enthusiastic and might accidentally step on them!). Sadie at a Glance: Age: 10 years Weight: 60 lbs Temperament: Fantastic with kids, adults, and most dogs Training: House-trained, crate-trained, knows basic commands Vetting: Spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate companion who’s past the puppy chaos but still full of life, Sadie could be your perfect match! Questions? Email amy@doggieharmony.org *** To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.doggieharmony.org/forms) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself. Please expect an adoption fee of $300; some of our urgent or long-term dogs have discounted fees.March 7, 2026, 5:36 pm

Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Meet Jolly — Your Built-In Best Friend! At just 3.5 years old and a solid, huggable 61 lbs, Jolly has already lived quite a story. He was once the nighttime companion of a homeless individual, and that early bond with people shines through in everything he does. Jolly is a true companion dog — loyal, sweet, and happiest when he’s by your side. He is more comfortable and secure if you provide structure and you direct him. This gentle boy gets along beautifully with other dogs, does just fine with cats, and is an all-around lovebug with adults. Because of his size, he’d do best with older, sturdy kids who understand how to share space with a big softie. He would benefit from basic training and learning that he doesn't have to manage everything, he has a human to do that.  Training would make him feel more secure. Age: 3.5 years Weight: 60 lbs Temperament: Good with other dogs, cats, older sturdy kids, all adults Training: Housetrained, crate-trained, walks nicely on leash Vetting: neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative Email for questions: asimon100@outlook.com To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.June 9, 2026, 8:27 pm

Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Butch was part of a surprise litter being given away.  Luckly a rescuer took him in.  He is still a puppy and needs consistency, structure and plenty of love.  You'll have a devoted companion for that. Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Indy is a 3-year-old, 70 lb sweetheart who was rescued by Good Samaritans after being abandoned. He’s currently in a foster home, but the busy household isn’t the right fit for him—he’s a little too interested in the resident kittens, so he’s looking for a home of his own. He’s friendly, playful, energetic, and very people-oriented. Indy loves being active, going for walks, playing fetch (though he may get a little distracted mid-game), and just being near his humans. He’s also a great car rider and easy to bathe. Indy is highly food-motivated, which makes training a great opportunity for him. His fosters are currently working on leash skills and basic manners—he’s eager to learn and responds well. Indy would do best with an active adopter or family who can give him structure, and affection. He has done well with older children and may do well with other dogs his size with proper introductions. He has a big heart and is ready to share it with a forever family. Questions: kimberly.vanlaningham@gmail.com Age: Approx 3 years Weight:  70 lbs (underweight but working on putting some lbs on) Temperament: Gets along with people/older kinds and other dogs his size with proper introduction. Training: Housetrained, crate-trained, working on basics Vetting: Neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm  treatment is paid/in process To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review.
