ISO: A financially stable, emotionally secure, dog-loving man who appreciates a strong, independent, curvy woman with opinions — and isn’t afraid to validate them. Got a trust fund? Great job? Excellent. I’m the kind of girl who knows what she wants, when she wants it, and isn’t afraid to say so.

My ideal date night? Kicking back on the couch, binge-watching TV in the air conditioning. If you’re into hiking, running, or “going for walks to clear your head,” we’re probably not a match. I’m strictly an indoor gal. Anything above 70 degrees? Hard pass. Oh, and if your A/C isn’t running full-time from May through November, this won’t work out.
Speaking of couches — big, comfy ones only. If I can’t stretch out, we have a problem.
Have another dog? That’s cool, as long as they know I’m the boss. Cats? We’ll see. If they’re wild and doing laps around the house, I might join in or tell them to knock it off — depends on my mood.
Other women in your life (mom, sister, daughter, girlfriend, wife)? Totally fine — as long as they aren’t jealous, because let’s be honest… they’re going to fall in love with me too.

Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
