Story
Annie is an incredibly sweet border collie mix. She enjoys short walks, and lying in the sun. Due to her age, she does not require much exercise but still enjoys the great outdoors. Annie is treat-motivated, crate-trained, and loves to snack on carrots. She was first adopted from a family with children after they had to move away and has since lived with a single owner who unfortunately can no longer care for her. She's an older girl but loves to play and beg for treats with her paws. Her dream is to retire to her forever home. She gets a little anxious during thunderstorms and prefers to be by your side during them. She is reactive to other dogs in her home, currently, we have our own dog separated with a baby gate and they pretty much ignore each other.

Story
Ruffles is a good boy and a big time snuggler. He is mostly mellow, but has a little bit of separation anxiety. He is house trained as well as doggy door trained. He is has a companion dog Kooie, that is also up for adoption. He is good with most other dogs as long as they aren't aggressive towards him.

Story
Ruffles is a 6year old kind and lovable dog. He does get along with other dogs, however he is fine being an only dog as well. My son was given this dog about four years ago. He was at the pet store and overheard a lady saying she wanted to return him and when the pet store refused, she mentioned taking him to the pound...natrually, my son could not let such a thing happen so he offered to take the dog. Ruffles is extremely well behaved, listen to commands, and in house broken. We are only rehoming him because my son is moving and the place he is moving to is too small for a dog.

Story
Waldo is a loving and very high spirited boy who may be a forever puppy. He's very food motivated, which makes training straightforward. He would do best in a home where he can spend lots of time with his people, preferably outside. He is a velcro dog! He chases our cats but has never been aggressive with them. He will get mouthy when he gets overexcited, so someone with good training experience would he the best fit. He loves kids as far as we can tell, but we don't have children at home. I think he would do better with bigger kids, as he may knock over small ones in his excitement.

Story
Max is an awesome dog! Extremely smart and always eager to learn. He is 3 years old, housebroken and still full of energy. He needs a fenced yard to play and run. I have discovered that he does not get along with other dogs. He is extremely jealous, therefore he needs to be the only pet. He doesn’t get along with cats at all. No young children. It would be great if someone was home most of the time as he prefers not to be alone. He just wants that one on one with unconditional love. He will be your best friend forever and all I want is what’s best for him. I have only had him a few months but I can’t keep him due to my other older dog and cat. Wished I would’ve known. He is amazing and I tried to work it out. He does have a few behavior issues…afraid of rain and thunderstorms…doesn’t like loud noises such as firecrackers, fireworks or thunder but he loves daily walks, car rides, belly rubs and to be brushed. Comes with all toys/bed etc. Questions? Just ask. Honest replies.
