Story
He is an only pet in the home. He is 2years and 4 months. He doesn't like pork. Loves his raw hides and ropes. My husband and I were fostering him for his nephew for awhile. Nephew has been MIA for the past months. Julius needs someone strong enough to walk him as he tends to sometimes lunge for squirrels, bunnies, birds. My husband has health issues to were He demands my attention. I work a full-time job with overtime alot. So we're looking to rehome Julius within the next month or so. Overall, once he gets to know you he is like your shadow. He loves to watch/ listen to the TV and radio. He has had basic training. He is neutered. He loves his privacy. Meaning he will go into his kennel on his own when he is tired or bored.

Story
My dog is 10 years old my actually baby, he’s been with me the whole time and unfortunately my step son is moving in and he does not get along with young children at all. He has some temperament issues and can get growlie at times, but he’s best with commands, so if you want him to do something just tell him don’t push him. He would do best in an older home with no kids or single home with no kids and a yard of his own. He gets along with most dogs but it really depends. If walking on a leash he needs to be kept away from children as he is very reactive. Other than that he’s a big cuddler and knows all commands. He was trained on a shock collar so he will come to the tone of a beep. The only thing he’s really scared of is fireworks, other than that he’s a good dog.

Story
Meet Freya! She is a loving, sweet bulldog (of sorts) that needs to be Re-homed at no fault of her own. She is kind and gentle with our cat and small dog and loves to rough house with bigger dogs. She loves sweaters and cuddles! Freya has allergies that cause her to scratch herself relentlessly. In the two years that we have had her we have been able to take her from almost hairless to comfortable in her own skin. However she does still have flare up that’s cause her to rehash some problem areas (mainly her chest) The reason we need to find her a new home is due to our concern with the yeasty skin flakes that come off of her while she is having a flare up with a newborn baby on the way. Her treatment consists of a cytopoint injection every 8 weeks and a bath with anti fungal shampoo every ten days. We want ti ensure that whoever may take Freya knows that she does require a little extra work than some dogs but she makes up for it with an extra big heart. Thank you!

Story
TALLYFor SEVEN WEEKS Tally has been sitting in rescue wondering why nobody has shown up for her yet… and honestly? SAME.Because this dog wakes up every morning like she just drank three energy drinks and received life-changing news.Tally approaches every single day with the enthusiasm of a kid who just found out recess got extended.Fetch? OBSESSED.Car rides? LET’S GO.Backyard zoomies? Absolutely mandatory.Personal space? She’s unfamiliar with the concept because she loves her people THAT much.At approximately 2 years old and 28 pounds, Tally is basically what would happen if pure joy somehow became a dog. She’s goofy, expressive, adventurous, wildly entertaining, and always seems genuinely thrilled to be included in whatever’s happening. And yes… we still aren’t entirely convinced she sleeps. Her foster family swears every time they check on her, those giant eyes are already open and ready for the next activity. Honestly? Respect.Tally has made HUGE progress in foster care. She’s doing great with potty training on a consistent schedule, sleeps quietly through the night in her crate, rides wonderfully in the car, and has discovered that playing fetch might actually be her life’s purpose. She’s still very much a playful, energetic dog and would thrive with someone who enjoys adventure, walks, playtime, and a dog that actually wants to participate in life WITH them. But underneath all the silly chaos?Tally is incredibly loving. She wants attention. She wants connection. She wants to be part of the family. And despite being overlooked for seven weeks now, she continues waking up every day happy, hopeful, and ready to love people anyway. 🖤And honestly? That kind of joy deserves a home.✨ Approx. 2 years old⚖️ Approx. 28 lbs🐾 Possible Pug mix📍 Located in Kewaunee, WI💲 Adoption fee: $450✔️ Spayed✔️ UTD on vaccines✔️ Microchipped✨ Apply to adopt at:www.biggiepawsrescue.orgSome dogs bring peace and quiet.Tally brings laughter, adventure, and emotional support chaos. 🐾DATCP # 494550

Story
🐾 Meet Cuddlebug 🐾Not every dog walks in like they own the place. Some… take a minute.Cuddlebug is Arrow’s sister — but where Arrow is bold and ready to take on the world, Cuddlebug is the quiet one watching from the sidelines, figuring you out first. She’s not shy forever. She’s just careful with her heart. At first, she’ll hang back. Observe. Take it all in.And then one day… she decides you’re hers. And that’s when everything changes. The first time she trusts you enough for cuddles? You’ll understand exactly how she got her name. She melts into you.Leans in.Stays close. Not because she has to — because she chose you.⸻Cuddlebug is a 25 lb wire-haired beauty with the most soulful brown eyes and those big, expressive ears you won’t forget. She’s got a unique little mix that gives her both softness and personality — the best of both worlds. She’s:✔️ Spayed✔️ UTD on vaccines✔️ Mostly housebroken (will use puppy pads if needed)✔️ Good with dogs✔️ Kid friendly✔️ Working on leash skills and confidenceShe loves:• Lounging in the sun• Playing with her dog friends (with a little sneak-attack energy 😏)• Chew toys• Quiet cuddle time on the couch or in bed⸻This is not an “instant best friend” dog. This is a slow-burn, earn-it kind of love. The kind that unfolds quietly…and then suddenly feels like it’s always been there. If you want a dog who chooses you —not just anyone —Cuddlebug is that dog.⸻Adoption Details:• DOB: 9/15/25 | ~25 lbs | Terrier mix (per paperwork)• Adoption fee: $500• Located in Kenosha, WI👉 Apply to adopt at www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Story
🖤 Meet Bruno 🖤He’s not the loud one. He’s not the “look at me” dog.Bruno is the one quietly hoping someone sees past the nerves… and chooses him anyway. At just 8 months old and about 48 lbs, Bruno is still figuring the world out. New things can feel a little big, a little overwhelming — but underneath that uncertainty is one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet.Bruno has been working on his leash training and other manners which has built his confidence tremendously in the short time he’s been in his foster home! He only has accidents when his cues aren’t noticed, otherwise he is fully house trained. Bruno also has a unique scar on his back. Our Texan friends have told us this is a scar that they’ve seen before — it’s one that comes from pouring gasoline on a dog to control fleas & ticks. It’s no wonder Bruno has an especially shy demeanor. Despite the poor treatment he’s had in the past, Bruno is a happy, loving boy! He wants to be brave. He just needs someone to show him how.And once he starts to feel safe? That’s when you see it.The tail wag.The soft eyes. The happy, goofy little personality that was there all along.⸻Bruno is:✔️ Neutered✔️ UTD on vaccines✔️ Microchipped✔️ Housebroken✔️ Crate trained (his safe space 💛)✔️ Good with kids, dogs, and catsBruno isn’t broken. He’s just waiting for someone patient enough to help him feel safe. And when he does? You don’t just get a dog.You get one who needed you.⸻Adoption Details:• Approx. 8 months | ~50lbs | Pitbull/Boxer mix• Adoption fee: $500• Located in Central WI👉 Apply to adopt Bruno at www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550
