Story
Meet Sweet Christopher Christopher is an absolutely adorable approximately 1-year-old Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix weighing in at just 11 pounds of pure love. This little guy may be a bit timid when you first meet him, but give him a little time and patience and youll discover the most affectionate, devoted snugglebug imaginable. This sweet boy will prove to be worth every minute. Once Christopher trusts you, he bonds quickly and wholeheartedly. He loves to be by your side, soaking up cuddles and giving sweet little looks that will melt your heart. Hes incredibly loyal and happiest when hes with his persons... young to old. He loves his toys, enjoys playtime, and has the perfect mix of spunky energy and cozy couch companion. He has excellent house manners... no jumping or barking, walks beautifully on a leash, he's house trained, and is an absolute rockstar in his crate. Christopher adores other dogs big or small and truly needs a home with an active doggy companion to help him continue building confidence and having fun. A playful canine buddy will bring out the very best in him. He will need a little time to adjust in a new environment, but with some consistency, love, and encouragement, Christopher blossoms into the most devoted little best friend. Story
Introducing the Schitt's Creek Litter Mama Moira came to For Good Rescue, extremely pregnant and abandoned!! She even had buck shot bullets in her face! But despite being let down by humans, she entered our rescue as sweet as any dog could be!! She gave birth to 14 puppies 3/20/26 and has been an excellent mama, but its time for these babies to move on to their forever families!! Given that mama is an 85-pound Anatolian Shepherd mix we expect these puppies to be large as adults. (80 ish girls. 100 ish boys) we are not sure on dad - could be German Shepherd like with the sable coats. We really hope they take after their moms calm, sweet demeanor.!!! Right now, in foster each are learning the ropes of life and growing into their personality day after day!! Heres how the Fosters describe them - This is Mutt but he isn't one... he is an Anatolian Shepherd pup. He is a sweetheart. Calm and steady. He looks things over and thinks about it a bit. He is much bigger than his sister but he let's her win when they play. He's upside down on the grass and she is pinning him down even though he could easily get up and shake her off. He loves being outside sleeping and playing in the grass. He has met goats chickens and sheep on the farm. He is pretty calm looking at them through the fence. He knows to go potty when he gets outside and we are working on house training. He walks well on a leash. He likes to sit quietly and snuggle on your lap. He is going to be a big boy. He lives with his sister Twyla and with a grouchy old Dachshund and a hyper Pomeranian farm dog. He would love to spend a lot of time with someone that would take him outside to play or to give him a job to protect and to give him a lot of love. Guessed to be 8-10 years old these sweet older ladies have are easy as can be! A package deal that will fill your heart and home with so much snuggles and love you will so FULL! Both are potty trained. Friendly with all dogs and all people. Favorite pastimes are laying on Their person ( so lap available is a bonus) and when a lap is not free the find each other and keep each other warm But if you are up and doing chores they are happy to follow you around keeping you company, waiting for a little bit of pets or a potty break in the fresh air. Both girls are spayed and just had their teeth cleaned. Both weigh exactly 10 pounds. They have a clean bill of health and a safe foster to hang with until their forever family shows up.
