Skarlett came to our home from another friend since 2022. We have many family changes occurring at this time. My husband has 2 jobs and unable to fit walks and feeding her properly. My oldest daughter is a student in college and also works unable to fulfill her needs. I have 3 small children and recently had my last child. In between breastfeeding and working and my son’s needs I am unable to give Skarlett the time she deserves. I hate to keep her in her crate for long periods of time when we are all away from home most of the day. She deserves someone who can focus only on her and give her more than basic needs. She needs affection and play time. Something that at this time we are lacking and don’t see a clear schedule in the near future yet

He loves EVERYONE — people, kids, dogs, cats — and genuinely does not have a mean bone in his body. He is the perfect mix of adventure buddy and cuddle bug. Jack absolutely LOVES being outside. Long walks, hikes, exploring, running around the yard — he is all in. He would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys being outdoors and including their dog in adventures. Inside the house, he’s a huge snuggler who loves sleeping in, curling up next to you, and being part of the family. He just wants to love and be loved. Now, in full honesty… Jack is also a bit of a goofball and definitely food motivated. If given the opportunity, he may help himself to unattended snacks or investigate the garbage like the tiny raccoon he believes he is.
