Story
Hi there! I’m Yogurt! I’m a sweet and playful 3-4-year-old boxer mix, weighing in at a lovable 60 pounds.  I’m super, super friendly, and I love other dogs, so if you have a furry friend at home, I’d love to meet them! I was patiently waiting at a shelter in Tennessee, but it’s gotten crowded because of all the dogs displaced by Hurricane Helene. I came in a stray, and nobody has come for me, so now I'm thrilled that I was lucky enough to come to NJ and find you!   If you’re looking to open your heart and home to a new best friend, please consider fostering or adopting me. When you bring me home, you’ll also make space for other dogs who are still waiting for help. You can apply at www.peace4paws.org/adoption-application I can’t wait to meet you! Let’s make room for more friends in need.If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG! Story
Hello! My name is Willow, and I’m a sweet, adventurous 4 year old Husky who’s looking for a new family to call my own. I’m originally from Kentucky, but I’m making the journey to New Jersey to find a new home. My current owner has some medical issues and can’t take care of me anymore, so I’ve been missing out on exercise and playtime. I really could use a walking buddy – I love sniffing around and exploring, and it would be wonderful to find someone who can help me be more active. I’m 106 lbs, spayed and up to date on all my shots, so I’m ready for my next chapter. I will also be having a thyroid test just to make certain I don't have a thyroid issue. I get along great with kids and other dogs, so if you’ve got a family or a furry friend for me to play with, I think we’ll get along just fine. However, I’m not too fond of cats, so I’d prefer a home without any feline companions.  If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion, I might just be the perfect match for you! You can apply to adopt me by visiting https://peace4paws.org/adoption-application. I can't wait to meet you!If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG! Story
This cutie named Wendell is about 3 years old and ready to move on to bigger and better things. This boy, was originally found as a stray hbut no one came to claim him. It has been almost a year. Peace4Paws saw what a special boy he is and stepped up to find him a home. At the shelter, he was a favorite making lots of friends booth human and canine.  as some special friends he's made in the shelter. Once getting to know you, like he did volunteer  Wendell is incredibly dog friendly and would get along great with another dog in the home. His favorite pastimes at the shelter are receiving massages, walks and just sitting in the shade to beat the heat. This already neutered and 40lb boy wants to find a love of his own.  To apply to adopt Wendell, go to www.peace4paws.org/adoption-application from a computer or lap top. If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG!
