Story
Introducing Pebbles, your 18-pound black lab mix and soon-to-be loyal companion! At just five months old, I'm already making waves with my silly puppy personality and fun loving energy. My early days were a bit rough in Kentucky, as I was discovered alongside my four siblings, all alone and in need of love and care. Thankfully, we were rescued and have been receiving heaps of attention and treats ever since. My foster family says I'm a social butterfly through and through, getting along famously with cats, dogs, and kids alike. But I'm not just a goofy little gal - I'm a quick learner (already on my way to being house trained), with a thirst for knowledge. Whether its mastering new tricks, perfecting my leash manners, or having some fun in the car, I'm always eager to please and quick to pick up new things. Rest assured, I'm up to date on all my age-appropriate vaccines, setting me off on the right paw towards a healthy future. However, as my new family, you'll be responsible for completing my remaining vaccinations and ensuring I'm spayed at the appropriate time. With my friendly nature, adorable personality, and unwavering love for life, Pebbles is the perfect addition to any family. Apply for adoption today at www.peace4paws.org. Story
Hello there! I'm Reilly, your cuddly companion! I'm just about 13 weeks old and 10 pounds. I can't wait to embark on my journey from Kentucky to New Jersey to meet you! I'm part of a lively litter of five pups discovered under the loving care of our mother, Molly. Despite our initial rough patch of being dirty and hungry, we've been showered with love ever since. I'm a bright little pup, eager to learn and grow alongside you. With the right guidance, I'll master housebreaking and all the other fun puppy milestones. Plus, being so young, I'm open to bonding with children, other dogs, and even cats! I just need a patient family willing to provide me with the proper training to help me reach my full potential. My siblings and I are all age-appropriately vaccinated, and we'll be arriving in NJ on March 17th. If you're interested in welcoming sweet baby Wally into your home, please visit www.peace4paws.org and fill out an adoption application on a computer—unfortunately, we won't receive it if filled out on a smartphone. Story
Meet Molly, a loving mother dog who has devoted herself to caring for her five puppies. At 34 pounds and about 1-2 years old, Molly is underweight due to the incredible effort she puts into nurturing her little ones while a stray. However, she's now focusing on gaining the weight she needs to be at her healthiest. Molly's heart is as big as they come. She's incredibly sweet-natured, always showing affection by smiling at those around her. While she's currently solely focused on her puppies, Molly is likely to get along well with other dogs once she's free to interact with them.  Molly's temperament is gentle and loving, but since she hasn't been tested with kids yet, it's unknown how she'll react. However, given her sweet nature, she's expected to be an excellent family companion once her motherly duties are fulfilled. Molly may be busy being a devoted mom, but she's eagerly looking forward to the day when she can transition into the role of a cherished family pet. With her nurturing instincts and loving disposition, Molly is ready to shine as the main star in her forever home, bringing joy and warmth to all who welcome her into their lives. Is thriving since being rescued and has put on some weight!  Molly's puppies are ready to be adopted, and she is too! She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Molly will arrive in NJ in the near future. Story
Meet Midge, a pint-sized 8-week-old Blue Heeler heroine with an unbreakable spirit. Her story begins before her paws even touch the ground. Her mom, Barbie, was pregnant when she was rescued from a chilly outdoor Kentucky shelter, granting Midge a second chance before her life began. In every wag of her tail and every gentle kiss, Midge's journey reflects the lifetime of love her mother has provided and the human kindness she has always known. The Blue Heeler breed is renowned for its unwavering loyalty and energy. Blue Heelers like Midge are intelligent and athletic, making them steadfast companions and cherished family members. Midge would thrive in an active family with a fenced backyard. Midge, her mama, and her siblings, Allen and Skipper, adore life in NJ. But Midge's journey is far from complete. While she's received the care she needs to thrive and is up to date on her age-appropriate vaccinations, she's still searching for that missing piece—a family to call her own. Apply to adopt her today at peace4paws.org using a laptop or computer. If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG!
