Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Snoop is a 1-year-old neutered purebred, male Doberman, who was surrendered to UDR from the breeder with his two sisters. Snoop tends to be on the shy and timid side but his spirit shines through despite the challenges he has faced. Snoop is very loving with his foster mom and dad and embodies the playful and adventurous essence of puppyhood.  Beneath his lively exterior, Snoop reveals a vulnerability that only serves to deepen the connection with his caring companions. There are some men that do scare him so we can only venture at what his past may have experienced. Snoop will need a fully fenced yard as this boy can jump like a high stepping gazelle! Yes, Snoop can clear a 4-6 foot fence with ease. Snoop is fully vetted, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped and neutered! If you have room in your heart for a courageous soul in need of a understanding home, Snoop is ready to make a lasting impression on your life and be your loyal companion. Visit our website at www.uniteddobermanrescue.org to submit your adoption application and welcome Snoop into your home. Story
Location: Woodbury, MN Brooke - better known as Bo is the more outgoing and spirited of him and his brother! He loves to play, explore, and bring a little extra energy to every moment. Even with his lively personality, Bo gets along wonderfully with young kids, his brother, and the household cat. This smart boy learned “no-no” right away and already knows how to “sit” for his meals. His kennel manners are great — he hasn’t had accidents in his crate for over a week. Like most puppies, he’s still working on potty training and may have a few indoor mistakes, but he’s making solid progress toward understanding outdoor potty routines. Bo would thrive in a home that enjoys playtime, training, and puppy adventures. If you’re looking for a fun, bright, affectionate little guy, Bo may be the perfect fit! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Crystal, MN Molly is a sweet girl. She loves kids. She ignores our 3 cats and is good with other dogs that respect her. No reaction to other dogs barking. She's a lazy bones that doesn't jump up on people or furniture. Unfortunately, she doesn't do well in storms. We've found that she has a built in barometer. She knows when rain is about to start. Also, kennels are a no. She doesn't like being trapped or cornered. With her double coat, I can only imagine the joy for her to bound in the snow and cold. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Ivanhoe, MN Hello everyone, meet CLYDE! This handsome guy is the perfect gentleman! He is potty trained and kennel trained. He has only spent time in a large 10 x 10 kennel, so I don’t know he would be in a smaller kennel. He loves his toys and can usually be found chewing his benebone. He seems to like all the dogs he meets, however, he doesn’t like to share his toys. Although he loves his doggie friends, he really likes to spend time with his people. Running and retrieving the ball in a fenced yard is ideal. He does get the zoomies! He walks great on a leash and can hardly contain himself when he knows it’s time to go! He does get very excited if he sees others on his walk, so we are working on manners. He has seen cats and is a bit apprehensive at first, but then is curious about what they do. He gets along with the resident cat. In his previous home he had trouble with younger kids, so respectful kids 12 and up is best for him. He has had some training. He knows sit, down, off, stay (although that one is tough to do at times!). He will gladly trade kisses for butt scratches any chance he gets. Clyde is an all around great guy! If you want an exercise buddy and couch cuddler he is your man. Please meet this guy, you will not be disappointed. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Minneapolis, MN Flora is a gentle, soulful bloodhound puppy with a sweetness that sneaks up on you. She’s growing fast, and her huge paws and impossibly soft ears hint at the big, loyal companion she’ll become. Her temperament is mellow and kind, the sort of pup who takes her time warming up but rewards patience with deep affection. She’s doing well with her potty training and has zero reactivity or aggression. Flora likes people of all ages, toys of every kind, and quiet approaches that let her get comfortable at her pace. Once she trusts you, she melts right in. She adores playing with our other foster puppy and has become a surprising little mentor. Her favorite lesson is teaching her foster sibling how to howl. She’s still figuring out her own voice, so the “duets” are ridiculously cute, all soft squeaks and baby bloodhound attempts at an ahrooo. Flora enjoys the company of other dogs but still has a streak of independence. She’ll romp with her puppy friend, then wander off to do her own gentle exploring. She’s social, but she isn’t needy, and she carries herself with an easygoing calm that’s rare in a puppy. Flora will be a wonderful match for someone who appreciates a mellow, tenderhearted dog with a silly playful side. She’s going to grow into a big, beautiful companion who brings peace, charm, and those soft-as-silk ears everywhere she goes. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Minneapolis, MN Vicki is the sweetest pup, we absolutely adore her! She’s affectionate, smart, and energetic. Her blue eyes and expressive ears will melt anyone’s heart. She’s still working some puppy tendencies (e.g., chewing, jumping up) out of her system, but she’s doing well with crate training, walking, and learning tricks. She is also potty trained! For a husky, she’s remarkably quiet: she doesn’t bark, and only whines a little. Vicki is also a classic husky who needs LOTS of exercise (~2 hours per day) and mental stimulation. She does great with long walks (she does get very excited by squirrels and bunnies!) and would eventually be a great bike, run, or ski buddy with more leash training. She would probably love a fenced yard to play fetch and watch the birds, but it’s not absolutely necessary :). If she’s gotten the exercise and mental stimulation she needs, she just wants to flop down next to her people and get lots of belly rubs. She is good with other dogs and is very playful! She would probably do well as a solo dog or with another well-trained dog to show her the ropes and be a play buddy. She does have some separation anxiety and needs further training to be on her best behavior, so she’d do well with a family who is patient and dedicated to building her skills and independence. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
