Story
Meet Sache 🐾 Sache is a 5-year-old Chi-Poo (Chihuahua/Mini Poodle mix) who’s full of energy and love. He enjoys walks, car rides, and playing with his favorite toys. He’s been raised around children and is generally patient, though he will communicate when he needs space. He has never bitten anyone. Sache is crate trained (though not a fan) and is familiar with grooming. Sache can be vocal and has some separation anxiety, so he would do best in a home where he’s not left alone often. He thrives on attention and would love a home with plenty of companionship. Ideal home: Someone who is home often, with older kids (if any) or other pets. Needs to be rehomed ASAP. 🐾

Story
Hi, I’m Amelia and I’m ready to find my forever home. Dog’s Name: Amelia Location: Wood River, IL Date of Birth: 03/11/2023 Gender: Female Breed: English Mastiff Color: Fawn Dog's Weight: 92 Gets along with: Dogs?: All Dogs  Cats?:  Unknown Kids?: All Kids Training: Leash trained: Good on leash, but a little clumsy.  May trip you or herself Crate/Kennel:  Goes into crate/kennel on command Potty trained: Indicates a need to potty and doesn’t have indoor accidents Car:  Rides Well in car Meet Amelia Amelia is truly the sweetest girl, and now that she’s fully recovered from pneumonia, her personality is shining brighter than ever! This goofy, playful, and delightfully silly pup loves to ham it up and keep everyone smiling. Whether she’s playing with other dogs or enjoying time with her people, Amelia brings joyful energy wherever she goes. She may be a bit clumsy—think baby giraffe learning the ropes—so don’t be surprised if she accidentally knocks a thing or two over, but it only adds to her charm! Amelia is incredibly loving and adores cuddles—she’s as soft as a bunny and happiest when snuggled up close. She’s a smart girl who learns quickly with consistency and positive guidance. She loves everyone she meets, though she may get a little nervous and barky when new people enter her home. Give her a few minutes, some gentle reassurance, and a couple of treats, and she’ll be your new best friend. Amelia would thrive in a home with another playful dog or regular opportunities for playdates. While a fenced yard is recommended, it’s not required. She’s easygoing and on the smaller side for a giant breed, making her a great candidate for a first-time giant dog owner. She’s comfortable being crated or spending time in her own space as long as she has something to keep her busy—but her favorite place is right by your side. Amelia has a medium energy level and would benefit from continued obedience training and learning some manners (especially when it comes to sneaky snack stealing!). If you’re looking for a sweet, silly, affectionate companion who will keep you laughing and shower you with love, Amelia might just be your perfect match Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, this dog is considered available for adoption. Story
Hi, I’m Dudley and I'm ready to find my forever home. Dog’s Name: Dudley Location: Wadesville, IN Date of Birth: 03/16/2023 Gender: Male Breed: Great Dane Color: Black Dog's Weight: 108 Gets along with: Dogs?: All Dogs Cats?:  Dudley does not live with cats in his foster home, however the shelter he was rescued from said he gets a long with cats. Kids?: Unknown Training: Leash trained: Walks loose on leash Crate/Kennel:  Goes into crate/kennel on command Potty trained: Indicates a need to potty and doesn’t have indoor accidents Car:  Rides Well in car Meet Dudley Dudley is a truly sweet and gentle boy who is ready to find a patient, loving home where he can feel safe and secure. He has a soft, sensitive nature and quickly bonds with his people—especially women, whom he absolutely adores. Once he trusts you, Dudley will happily follow you around and be right by your side through all of life’s moments. Dudley loves other dogs and makes fast friends with his canine companions. He enjoys being part of the action and was happiest sitting right alongside his foster family while they planted trees—just content to be included. He’s also a wonderful travel buddy and does amazing on car rides. Because of his past, Dudley is very nervous around men and will back away or run if approached too quickly. He is not aggressive in any way—just very submissive and unsure. He will need an adopter who understands his history and is committed to slow, positive introductions to help him build trust and confidence over time. Due to his timid nature, a securely fenced yard is important so he can feel safe while outside. Dudley would thrive in a calm, understanding home that will give him the time and reassurance he needs to blossom. With patience and love, Dudley will reward his forever family with unwavering loyalty, gentle companionship, and a heart full of love. Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, this dog is considered available for adoption. To apply to adopt from Just Giants Rescue fill out an online.
